Just want to let everyone know that Bono at the Vision Center in Walmart was very professional in the way he handled my situation. He is very knowledgeable in is job. I had to return some glasses that prescription wasn’t filled correctly. He found very way to correct the problem and make it right. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs their eye care prescription filled.

I received horrible customer service during my visit to this vision center. They did everything in their power to help me as little as they can and put in minimal effort. It seemed as if they didn’t want my business at all. they actually convinced me to never step inside at Walmart again.

Usually very quick Usually pretty affordable always responsible and courteous staff. No issues so far, go get your eyes checked and get some glasses. Not the largest selection of frames, but what can you expect? For around a hundred bucks no insurance you can get a 2 year prescription.

The Vision Center has a great and helpful staff, and I was treated with respect. I went in on Thursday with a pair of damaged glasses, received my eye exam from a friendly, efficient, and proffessional doctor, and picked up my new and improved glasses within four days. As a bonus, I actually recieved the glasses earlier than the promised due-date. If you are looking for a convenient and fast way of purchasing or replacing glasses, I recommend the Wal-Mart Vision Center.

This is for the optometrist part. I like this vision center because the location is so convienent but they could update some of their equipment they use during the eye exam:(It makes it harder to get your actual correct vision prescription you need. Other than that they have a great staff and good location:)

I was lured in by the low prices at the Vision Center. They tried to make lens for me SIX times and each time could not produce lens that matched the prescription. I did buy a very cute pair of inexpensive frames. I went to Lens Crafters in San Jose to have the prescription filled & have been wearing the cute frames for 2 months. The colored coating on the cute frames is chipping off after 2 months of use. BEWARNED. Do not buy anything from this Vision Center; you will waste your time and money.

This is the worst Wal-Mart Vision Center I’ve ever been to.(Over the past 10 years, I’ve been pleased to usedthe optometrists in Wal-Mart in both SoCal and NorCal locations.) This Vision Center was dismally different, from being misquoted on the cost for services, being waited on by a clerk with an uncovered infected forearm piercing(put a bandage on that thing!), an impatient optometrist who didn’t seem to know how to use the refractometer(she kept insisting that I make my «best guess» when the machine was totally out of focus… I mean totally, she never ever got it in focus!), being fitted with a trial pair of contacts that weren’t my prescription(I wasn’t changing my correction, fortunately I knew what my correction should be). Good thing it’s a Free Country, so I went elsewhere, suggest you do the same.
