The manger Jose is an ignorant prick, employees don’t know how to follow directions and make a simple burgers, My boyfriend had to go back to get his money back and have to wait 3 days for it to go back on his account, the manager couldn’t admit his wrongs, my boyfriend worked here for 3 years and if we made mistakes on costumers orders we gave them free meal and gave them their money back but the manger want to start an ignition with me.

Stingy with condiments. And bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a couple days. Lunch time barely started and dining area looks horrible. Hire some extra help and get it together. Regretting we stopped here.

I would not really recommend this place overall. The burgers are good but the service and the fries are very poor. Maybe I’m bitter and old-fashioned but seeing people in service positions with lip piercings gets to me. I guess the rest of the world doesn’t care about that anymore but I personally don’t like it. But regardless of that the service was poor. I asked if I could get the creamy Sriracha sauce on a burger and the cashier seemed very confused and tried to get help from a co-worker/supervisor but didn’t actually ask for help, maybe the co-worker didn’t speak English. I ended up getting overcharged for a second Lemonade when we only wanted one. Instead of adding the money back to my credit card which is usually easy with most retail programs, they just gave me change. The fries were way too overcooked and undersalted. Overall this is not a good Wendy’s. The sauce I wanted(creamy Sriracha) I was given a little cup like you get for dipping sauces. It was decent.

Welcome to the slowest lunchtime drive thru in gilroy! 5 min plus per car no lie. Could have sworn the Wendy’s expectation is 15 sec but hey maybe they are making it to order. Doubtful just a poorly run Wendy’s. Avoid until the under new management sign goes up.

This place is sticky everywhere, seats and tables and even the serving trays. The food areas behind the registers don’t look clean, ketchup dispensers are(probably) broken so they’re using squeeze bottles, and those are sticky too. Ketchup in it looks old. The chili is disgusting. I took one bite of my kids’ chili and the meat was grainy. It took them two tries to get our order right too.

I was having lunch with my husband. We ordered the #1 combo small size. While I was eating the hamburger I stopped and looked at the party and it was still pink. The burger was not cooked completely. I went up to the counter and asked for a manager. When she finally showed up, I asked her if that looked cooked to her? She said no. That was the end of the conversation. No attempt to make it right. I will NEVER go back.

Wow. Stopped here for a super quick bite on a road trip and what a mistake. We ordered a small .99 cheeseburger and how long could that take anyway and waited and waited and waited… fast forward to 15 min later we received a cold burger with cheese that hadn’t even been melted. There were only 2 other customers in the place so it wasn’t that it was super busy on that Friday afternoon. No excuse. Very strange fast food experience.

We were looking for a quick bite while shopping in Gilroy. Very disappointed. Our order took about 10 minutes with only a few people in the dining room. The floor was sticky, the tables and chairs were dirty, and the condiment table was very dirty. The cashier was friendly and the food was good so it wasn’t a total loss. I don’t expect much out of a fast food restaurant but they even fell below those standards. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I cannot recommend this place.

One kind of paper wrapper for several different burgers. No way to distinguish who’s is who’s at night on the road. Manager confirmed that they do not label special orders and utilize one type of paper wrapper. Food was fine.

Food is always cooked perfect and always hot. There is one younger guy who works the drive thru who has an earing I believe. He is awesome! He always has a smile on his face and is always super friendly. By far the best customer service iv ever been given from a fast food place.

Customer service has gotten better; employees seem friendlier and a tad bit more attentive to our needs. Drawback is that their listening skills aren’t improving at the same rate. We order the same item each time and our add-ins like bacon & mushrooms never seem to make it to our plate correctly. My BF& I have had to go back up to the counter a few times(in one visit!) to see that the issues were corrected. It’s not only a pain in the butt to keep having to do this, it’s also distracting from a positive or happy dining experience. If I wanted this much exercise I’d have eaten after my workout, not during. Two stars, why? Well, customer svc is better than before but they still have a lot to work on. Maybe my next or future visit will warrant 3 stars. Hopefully it won’t suck even more to get just 1 star. Encourage the employees to pay attention to detail & it will improve business.

Love the fact that Wendy’s uses fresh meat and not the frozen meat patty’s places like McDonalds use. Burger was good, fries not so good, the Strawberry lemonade was probably one of the better drinks to get at Wendys.

They need to get their ish together. I ordered chicken nuggets and a chicken wrap and both are greasy and burnt. I go back and ask for replacements. The replacements were hardly any better. I know the fryers are timed, but use some common sense people! Dark brown nuggets are not good to serve! I hope I don’t get diarrhea.
