Wish I could give negative stars. Why Is your drive through even open at night if it’s cash only. It’s bullshit. I try going through there when I’m off work at midnight just to get something quick and easy so I don’t have to make food at home. Countless after countless time I hear the cash only remark. It’s the 21 st century and your cash only at night. Never a sign present. If it’s a system issue you may want to get it fixed. If it isn’t than mostly likely someone is ripping people off and pocketing the money.

I waited 35 minutes for the guy at the drive thru to take my order obviously doesn’t know how to multi task and on top of it he messed up my order so I had to go back to an empty drive thru and waited another 20 minutes to get the order right geez what is it with employees nowadays and the stock price is $ 121 dollars I don’t get it good thing is 24 hours so at night the only accept cash (I wonder why?)

I have not had McDonald’s in years and I Just had McDonald’s for the first time in a long time and now I feel like omg never again I got it to go and the hole car smell like oil I should’ve known right there to throw it in the trash would highly recommend to never eat there or any McDonald’s

Im so tired of going through the drive thru and waiting over 20 min8to pkace order yhen to get it its even longer. I get off work every night and its the same. Between 11lm and 12 pm. please do something you sre losing lits of money and customers. Thus is unacceptable for a well known known corporation. Please hire more people please.

10:59am coming from Oakland we stop by to this place as i was going to take my order I asked if they were serving lunch already since it was almost 11 she says no until 11am ok i said its only 1 minute can u take my order and she says back if its breakfast yes otherwise no, very rude so we took of as we were leaving she looks at me through the window smiling like in a sarcastic way lame on her

I regret coming here. Customer service does not exist here or is it me? I was waiting to ask for whipped cream for my coffee, and there were five employees hanging around with their backs all face on me. WTF is the world that I had to keep repeat myself «excuse-​moi?» I ordered coffee with whipped cream, somehow the guy who helped me forgot to charge me. The girl told me that I have to pay for that. GO F*** YOURSELF!!! Remember this is the last time I came to visit you McDonalds

Not the best one I’ve been in, nor the worst. Since all the food is pretty much the same for fast food chains, I can only comment on the service.
Once the young lady working at the counter stopped gossiping with her coworkers, and paid attention to us, service was fine.

WORST McDONALDS EVER! Rude customer service! I spent over $ 26.00 for my order and they couldn’t throw in more than 3 sauces for free for my 20 pc chicken mcnugget order. They charged me for the 4th sauce. Really? How low can you go Gilroy McDonalds?

Just left there! Ordered chicken Nuggets and got home to find out they were barely cooked. Very doughy texture and nasty! Got extra sauce to also find out it leaked all throughout the bag. Fries didn’t seem salted at all which is fine considering I don’t like much salt.
Worst part of the experience was the cashier didn’t even know what a latte was! She said they do not sell them. Also I couldn’t even get a hot chocolate because the machine needed cleaning. The lady however was very nice but still doesn’t help the fact that she doesn’t know the menu.

Yes, this McDonalds is dirty and small. But it’s always the place to go to when I start the drive down to SoCal. Food here is so bland for some reason. I only go here for breakfast too! It comes out warm/​almost cold and the workers are so forgetful. I don’t spend too much time here, just a quick breakfast for on the go.

I don’t normally do mcdonald’s. Its obviously not the best food option out there. I’m not judging just saying. The overall point I am making is that I think it is something to be said about a place that has great coffee consistently. That being said, I really enjoy their call me I like to call the more then I live starbucks. So today in my journey from san francisco back to fresno, I had to stop for my morning wake up and again I like it in this is the of mcdonald’s coffee always good.

Had to be one of the dirtiest MDs I have ever been. Men restroom was partially out of order and there was paper towels and water everywhere. Table were dirty. Thought about ordering food but wisely decided on drinks. Slowest response at the register. Drink bar had lids and straws everywhere. They were out of lids and asked for more. A nice person walked from behind the counter to putout more lids and then returned to behind the counter without picking up.
Don’t blame the staff, blame the Manager on duty who looked like she was ready to retire.
This store has issues. Based on previous comments, it appears the owners don’t care so next time through I’ll got someplace else.
