My Home To Yours

I have only been here twice, but it is the first place I will go from now on. Ms. Pat is amazing. You don’t find many store owners that will walk you through the entire store listening to what you are looking for and then walk you straight up to it, because she was listening the whole time.

Well I drove from Liberty to see what a friend on facebook recommended. The location is kind o hidden so my GPS kept taking me down the street and around the block. After I found the place there were like 3 cars parked there which I figured were employees cars. I went in the door and 2 people looked at me from the desk, I thought I was in the wrong place the way they stared. One said welcome and that was it. I went through the whole store and on my way out a girl asked if I had any questions. Well I was actually looking for an end table but no one bothered to even assist me or ask if I needed help. I told her I was wondering how long it would take for someone to even ask me anything. I wasn’t that impressed and customer service won’t bring me back again. When a place has no other customers you think maybe some attentiveness might help? I will not go back. I did find Bargain Barn on my way back home and I will go back there they had renters helping me look for a table. Even though it was sweltering I will go back there not to my original destination.
