if I could give this place a negative zero I would this place has such a rude manager that if you complain about a undercooked pizza he would tell he doesn’t want to serve you

This is probably the worst pizza hut location I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Every time I order, something always seems to go wrong with their deliveries. They’re consistently a half hour or more late on delivering, forget necessary supplies in order to sign receipts, do not provide all the items I order forcing me to either call and wait for them to deliver again while my pizza gets cold or just choose to suck it up and go without. They’re customer service is often full of sarcasm, and they seem to get a kick out of parking in reserved parking at my apartments, one driver even going so far as to cut me off and take my parking spot while I was trying to pull into it. I will never order pizza from this location again, nor would I recommend anyone to. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

Over an hour and a half delivery time, cold pizza and not worth the wait. We normally get decent service but today was not the case.

WORST STAFF EVER. I ordered two pizzas, breadsticks, and a 2 liter… they forgot our 2 liter which was fine, mistakes happen, but he just LEFT and we had to call the store to get it back. They would’ve let us pay for something we DIDNT GET! I’m so upset about the morals there. Plus they didn’t add the coupon so we ended up paying $ 28 for 3 things. F***ing ridiculous. Never ordering there again.

Disgusting ! Pizza was the worst I have ever had. Frozen pizza from the store is better than this crap.

Called in my order for delivery, was told it would be 45 minutes, 50 minutes later I called to see when it would arrive, was told they had just left to deliver it. 30 minutes later I called back, they had no record of my order at all. WHAT??? I wish I had read the reviews before I called. Is it possible to give negative stars???

The delivery people here are usually pretty cool so I hate to give this Pizza Hut a one star. The reason I give this Pizza Hut an one star is because I’ve had issues ordering here several times. The Pizza Hut app glitched today and sent it to my old address. I was absolutely sure because I hadn’t saved my old address and I typed in my new one. For some reason it got sent to my old one. I tried to stop it from arriving at the other address but it took me so long to get ahold of someone that it didn’t matter. It got delivered to my old address and that was embarrassing. No one at the Gladstone Pizza Hut could help me, they sent me to another number which couldn’t even help me. So now, an hour from when I ordered, I’m ordering again. They said that I sent it to the wrong address but the app did. I don’t blame people for my mess ups. The last time we had a problem with here, they were refusing to deliver to our address even when it was in their delivery zone. Nothing was wrong and the weather was fine. I’ve just not had good experiences here. I lived in Center Point, Alabama, and they had better customer service.
Even though I say all of this, I have no option but to order from them because I’m staying in West Linn at the moment.

Ordered from here several times, pizza is always undercooked. tonight we asked for it to be well done and got same undercooked pizza, nasty. won’t be ordering from there again

Make sure if u order winds w a $ 20 box they r covered. After manh many orders they can’t get it right. The wing sauce ends up all over the pizza. If ur people Dont like spicey they will hate this.

Tried this new pizza tonight. We used the online ordering and it worked great and came in 30 min just like it said it would. We ordered the bbq pizza with the new bbq drizzle and cheddar crust. Sorry but it was not that great. Wasn’t expecting much because it’s Pizza Hut but with all the new commercials I expected it to be better than it used to be. Bbq sauce was way too sweet and meat tasted funny.

Maybe 9 pieces of pepperoni on half of the pizza, under cooked, cold and 5 minutes from the place… NEVER again will I order from here. Bull Pucky!

One pizza was estimated to take an hour and a half. When that time arrived, nobody showed. When I contacted the store, they have no record of the order, even though I have an email confirming and a pending payment on my credit card. Garbage service.

Under new management. Much better now. Sure it’s Pizza Hut, but they aren’t as horrible as Domino’s and Little Caeser’s. And Linda the counter girl is a great worker and super nice.

I used the on-​line order and everything when off without a hitch. However when I got home and took my first bite, it was by far the worst pizza I have ever eaten. I got the thin crust, half chicken supreme and half super supreme. No flavor what so ever. The chicken was nice breast meat but it tasted like it was left over. Not fresh tasting at all. The other toppings were ok, but with the horrible crust and bland sauce, it ranked as the worst pizza ever. Now I need to go get a slice at Pizza Schmitza. This definitely didn’t satisfy my pizza craving. Sorry Pizza Hut, not what I remember from your restaurant in Eugene. My bad for ordering the thin crust.
