I think I’ll drive the extra mile from now on to Lowe’s because they (HD)would not let me exchange a bag of white grout for a bag of black grout with a picture ID from the state of Missouri… granted. it was not a driver’s license so they wouldn’t let me make the exchange… treating people like thieves is not a good idea… bye bye HD

Ok I have got a REAL, in store review, I tried lowes first because I am a huge #48 Jimmy Johnson fan, yeah they sucked!
So after purchasing my new house I came to Home Depot, they are so nice and helpful, I have had a lady in the returns line checking me out give me some fudge one of the other lady’s made and it was great, Hispanic guy in pluming always helps me out, I cannot remember his name and the manager Adam is very busy but on a few occasions that I needed him he was always ready to help, I love this place and come here all the time GREAT STORE, GREAT PEOPLE!

Went in to Gladstone Home Depot on Monday August 11 and wanted appointment to get kitchen cabinets refaced. Sharon made appointment for August 13 @ 11am for a contractor named Craig to come look at kitchen. Two hours later I get home to a message asking me to call Home Depot at 866 460 656. I call and they don’t have a clue why they called. Two hours later someone calls from 866 number and says she wants to set up appt. I tell her I have one for August 13 and she hangs up. Today August 12 Greg calls and I say «I will see you tomorrow». He gets angry saying he knows nothing abt apppt, wants to know who set it up and gets angry. I told home to forget it and he says fine and hangs up. I called the store and get the excuse that they got a new system in spring and are working out the bugs…
