I have visited Four Seasons on a number of occasions as a participant in Cathe Friedrich’s fitness«roadtrips.» Cathe is the co owner of Four Seasons and is very well known in the video fitness arena for her advanced workouts. As part of the roadtrip we took several live classes with Cathe. I have yet to find better facilities in a gym with such a wide array of equipment. There are several rooms for classes that are spacious with excellent flooring(cushioned so as not to kill the knees) with excellent sound systems(so you can hear the instructor over the music) and big huge fans(which are important when your instruction is pushing you to the brink of death!). Within the main part of the gym there is a track on the upper floor and virtually and kind of fitness equipment you could imagine. They are a ton of fitness classes throughout the day with such variety that I am envious of anyone who gets to join this gym. The best asset of all of curse is Cathe herself. To us goobers coming in from all over every year to workout with her, she is almost legendary, but for the regular members, she is just another instructor and in talking with members they don’t seem to be aware what a big deal she is. Her clases are tough but fun and from her I learned proper form and technique. In the classes she gives one on one attention to the students whenever she can. If I lived in the area, I would join this gym in a heartbeat. As it is, when I come for the roadtrips I tend to stay longer so that I can have some ‘alone” time in the gym to take classes with other instructions and take advantage of the equipment.

I have been sweating here since 2007, and although my attendance has waivered here and there, I am a loyal member of this club. It is in walking distance of my house, which is nice, so sometimes I do a warm up run there and then get cracking on the many weight & cardio machines they have. The classes that are offered are high quality and there is something for everyone. I have done yoga, spin, kick boxing and cardio classes. I love that there is a separate weight room for women for my fat days and saunas for days when I want to let it all hang out(not really). Anywho, I highly recommend Four Seasons. My only complaint would be that upon leaving the gym hungry and tired, you can smell Nick’s Pizza and Samurai across the lot, and sometimes smell McDonalds. I haven’t caved into the temptations… yet…

Don’t try and cancel your membership. They will get every single penny they can by not cancelling and then going after you for additional fees

Have been a member for over 5 years. Incredible amount of equipment. Front desk staff could be friendlier. Not much help from trainers unless you engage them for personal training. If you know what you are doing and want to be left alone to do your thing, this is the place to go. Generally pretty clean. Could use better ellipticals.
