I came in for an acrylic tip set. the first problem is in between painting and filing he did not ask me to wash my hands. the second problem is he got acrylic and glue all over my fingers. the third problem was because I didn’t wash them I didn’t get to examine them. the fourth problem is he made them extremely thin resulting in them to break within 1 week. and then on top of everything they overcharged me by $ 10. I am a Rowan student and this was a convenient place to go but I will never go back!

yes all of this happened. I messaged them on Facebook for by $ 10 back. they apologized and told me to come in as soon as I could to get my money. and then when they saw my review on Unilocal messaged me back and told me to come in for them to redo my nails. since I had already gotten them redone, they told me my next fill in is free.
very happy with their fast response and sincere apology. I will be returning!

So, my gel manicure might have looked nice but it ruined my nails. When it grew out, I went back to my regular salon and they could not get the polish off! The nail tech said the polish had been applied too thick. My nails were so thin & brittle it hurt to file them. I had to wait a couple months for the damage to completely grow out.

This place is the best! I will never go anywhere else. They do such an awesome job and they can do pretty much anything. Such a clean salon with happy workers. They have a book of about 20 pedicures to choose from, I’ve never seen anything like it. The best services around!

Got the gel manicure, color is by Kiara sky. Love love the gel polish and how shiny it looks! Cuticle is Neat (although I asked her not to cut too much off) and the nails are flawlessly manicured and polished! I’m very happy with the work. Thanks, Rachael!
