No parking available, had to drive in circles, was late for my apt.
Staff greeted me, secretary was on the phone and motioned, me «1 minute» as I waited patiently… several minutes later…
I like to look at the staff and see natural, not taught, frozen faces.
The office was clean and modern and Dr. J was nice but I trusted a provider elsewhere more.

I visited medspa every 6 – 8 weeks for laser hair removal over the course of 1.5 years. Professional staff, and most importantly-​it worked! My legs are so noticeably smoother and more free of hair. Where I used to have to shave every day (European descent) I can go more than a month. Even when the hair does grow out its so sparse and fine I can’t see it. And my hair was very thick and coarse.
It was an investment and took 8 treatments. They were brutal to sit through for an hour and a half, and it hurt like hell, but who cares?! It worked!

I’ve been a loyal customer since MEDSPA1064 opened its doors (even while living in FL for a few years). The staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating which is not easy to find in such an industry. Dr. J’s bedside manner is wonderful and instantly puts me at ease. The prices are fair considering the staff makes it an experience rather than just a procedure. I’m really surprised by Christine F’s review as that doesn’t even come close to anything I’ve experienced. I’ve had Fraxel Dual twice (as well as: LHR, peels, microderms, fillers and eyelash extensions) and the staff always follows up with a phone call. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

I’ve been a client for about 3 months and so far I am very happy with everything about Medspa and my experience. Dr. J. and the entire staff are wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. They spend a considerable amount of time explaining procedures and answering your questions. I feel very comfortable each time I visit and know that I will be given the best advice that is right for me. I am highly satisfied with Medspa 1064 and know I will be a returning client for several of the other services they provide! !

I’ve been getting services at Medspa 1064 for over 5 years. I started with laser hair removal, then added microdermabrasion treatments and now all my skin care products are exclusively from Medspa 1064. Clean modern space, friendly knowledgeable and professional staff always ready to accommodate, Dr, J is always in the office for any questions you may have. I also love that they always research, test and provide the most recent and effective products and run great specials that allow you to try new products. Their own brand is great! This place is simply amazing and I will continue to go there as long as I live on the east coast!

I enjoy my treatments at Medspa 1064. The Microdermabrasion is amazing. I was immediately impressed by the Medspa surroundings. I entered a beautiful Office and was greeted by pleasant staff. I had a Microdermabrasion on this first visit and may I say it was Wonderful. My treatment left me feeling rested and rejuvenated at the same time. I was amazed by the many noninvasive procedures offered and thoroughly explained to me. I returned to Medspa several times for these procedures which were all done by Dr. Mike. Smart Lipo for that extra chin was great. I have had so many compliments and the treatment was painless and no down time.
This is so wonderful to have this available. the treatments are affordable and performed in the privacy and comfort of Medspa 1064.

Pros:
Very pleasant office staff
Beautiful office
Very calm and friendly doctor
Cons:
My face looks worse than what I started with. I wanted to remove some mild pigmentation and now I have huge spots on my face. I’ve emailed and called and provided pictures, and now there is no response. My skin is damaged for life and they aren’t returning emails or offering any assistance.
Buyer beware!

I have been a client of Medspa 1064 for over three years. The entire staff is professional, personable, and experts in their areas of practice. They won’t sell you services that they feel you don’t need. Dr J. is innovative yet conservative. After Botox injections, I leave looking youthful and refreshed (essential formy occupation) not expressionless and obviously treated. I have had laser hair removal performed by the most gentle nurses, and facials by estheticians who are passionate about skin care. When my company transferred me to DC, the receptionist helped me schedule all of my future appointments around my trips back to CT. I’ve been to other medical spas and offices, there is no better place than Medspa 1064 for looking and feeling my best.

Fantastic.
I’ve been twice so far and the service, staff, ambience are exceptional. You really feel like you’re in the hands of professionals who know what they are doing and talking about. You get what you pay for, and this isn’t one of those groupon-​y places. It’s in a beautiful spot in Glastonbury so you can go shopping around as well before or after your appointment in a posh plaza.
