Now called New Alliance Bank. They merged and as a result, their service has suffered tremendously. I switched to TD BankNorth and I’m glad I did! New Alliance closed my local branch and the one that is now nearest to me that remains open is always very busy — long lines at the teller windows and the drive thrus. They don’t have Euros available if you travel much. They just send you elsewhere… and .35 cents per transaction with the ATM card if you’re not careful… Just not very user friendly at all.
