When you think of lawyers typically, you first and foremost are coming for help in some way, shape or form. You expect excellent customer service and outstanding experience. I personally would never use this law firm again. After a horrible experience with a matter that needed legal professional help, I found this law firm to be mediocre and lacking in experience. With poor communication and lackadaisical approach to my personal matter, I felt like a number, not like someone they were willing to help. Be sure that next time I need legal assistance, I will be searching for a group that exceeds my expectations. These are the lawyers that are depicted in so many law-​centered movies where they are only after personal gain.
