McDonald’s

It’s McDonald’s. The food is set in stone but the customer service at this location was terrible. I went one night around 1AM and pulled up in the drive through. I asked to have a minute to decide and when I was ready, there wasn’t any one there for a good 5 minutes. I repeatedly called for him and he finally got back on the speaker. I ordered a Big Mac meal, a large size. I got to the window and the worker gave me a medium drink ans I reminded him I got a L meal so he took it back and gave me a L. I got my fries and they were a medium, and I asked him about the consistent sizing via meals and he seemed annoyed and said Ok, give me the medium and I’ll give you the L. We got it back and well, it pretty much looked like he tossed the medium container into the L. The amount wasn’t any different. He seemed dumbfounded and unwilling to make any if it right as well as reluctant. Customer service speaks big especially for a chain where you know what to expect in your food and it isn’t properlt handled. Also, ordered a McFlurry and was told the machine was down because it was in «heat mode»? I am pretty sure it was because they cleaned it up and didn’t want to use it again. I don’t know for sure but after asking a friend of mine who use to work in McDonalds, I am pretty sure it was just lazy workers. The fries tasted old and were unsalted in addition to this experience. 1 star earned.

Let’s get another McDonald’s review out the way today! Normally I don’t review these types of places, but my fiancée and I have made this particular McDonald’s our favorite one in the general area.
First, it’s pretty modern, with splashes of orange and white. I know it’s silly, but a sleek design makes an otherwise boring fast food place more interesting.
The staff at this particular location also is normally pretty nice, and drive through is pretty fast.
The outside lot is pretty spacious and is easy to pull in and out of. Some of the other McDonald’s have some odd issues with being next to abandoned lots that make it seem a little sketch, but this one is fine.
In the end though, it’s a McDonald’s. This review is only a 4 as far as McDonald’s go and I of course wouldn’t put burgers from here on the same quality as some of the local gourmet burger places. But when you want a couple burgers and some fries for less than $ 5, McDonald’s is almost always my choice, and in this case, this McDonald’s often earns my cash.

Can you really say anything bad about McDonald’s? Yes, you can and I will not do this today as I know there are better McDonald Restaurants than others. This is not the case here today…
They rebuilt this McDonald’s a couple of years ago, and this is my first time in here… It is spacious and the décor is different than some of the other McDonald’s I have been too. Most of all, it was Clean with Clean Tables…
When I walked in, I thought I was being treated like a Celebrity, with all the «Welcome to McDonald’s». I have never had so many… I ordered the Clubhouse Burger with Fries. The Burger had a lots of Bacon on it, with a fresh thick slice of Tomato and lots of lettuce. I would not hesitate to order this again.
Anyway, I like McDonald’s as it is good food for someone who is on the run. The fries are always a delight to eat as well… So, again… what can you say bad about McDonald’s. I cannot say anything bad about this McDonald’s as it is a good place for a Fast Food Restaurant and good Value Meal…
