IHOP

Wow!!! Its definitely the best I’ve ever visited! My waitress was Tia or Tabia (i believe, im sorry if im not right) she was warm and sweet from the minute she passed by the table. She was always near by and very communicative! She put the order in before getting our drinks, which made the process that much faster. And the part that i LOVE, she didnt ignore us after we had paid for the meal!!!
(Congrats on baby Benjamin!!)
The food was the usual ihop, good stuff and super quick, especially for being so full of patrons!
The facility was clean and in the bathroom, i LOVED the nonslip rugs!!!

It’s the worse experience that I ever got at this IHOP location, I was with my two kids and they were normal not fussy or anything, the manager came and said the kids are noisy, I thought it’s a kid friendly this restaurant but I was wrong, if you have kids don’t go over there they are anti kids at this location only, the IHOP on west broad street

Donyell was awesome. The restaurant was incredibly busy and many guests were rude but donyell remained optimistic and was very kind to our table. The wait was a little long but the service was great for how busy they were, the food was delicious as usual and donyell was great and very sincere during our wait. Overall the staff did a great job handling the crowd that came in, i would definitely recommend this ihop to friends!

When you need a breakfast meal and you want something different, the IHOP has it. The food is good, the people at this store are friendly, and the menu has a huge selection of pancake dishes, French toast, eggs, omelette combinations, burgers, etc. The coffee is good, not too acidic, perfect for a nice leisurely meal once the server brings you your own carafe and dish of creamers., you’re all set.

This is a disgusting place. My Fiancée ordered orange juice and the glass was not even washed properly. Things were stuck at the bottom of the glass. poor hygiene. she felt like throwing up after drinking that. This is the worst restaurant i have ever been to. If you want to get sick only then come to this restaurant. They apologized and took out only one meal out of the total check. Poor management. if it was my restaurant i would have offered to take care of the entire check. Worst experience ever with ihop. Will never ever return to this ihop.

Overall my experience was good and the food was beautifully displayed but my pancakes weren’t cooked all the way which kind of grossed me out some since I ate at least half of it.

I dont go out to breakfast often but decided to do ihop and start my day off right. I had the peach stuffed french toast. One word… wooah… it was so darn good. I know its not the healthiest but it was sure sweet and delicious. It has a crème stuffed inside. omg. so good…
I had hashbrowns on the side. they were good because anything made of potatoes is good to me but. these hashbrowns needed some seasoning. salt pepper. something. And they dont cook them hard enough for me. They just brown them, push them into a flat shape and serve. I enjoyed them after I doctored them up with pepper.
My daughter had a bacon cheese omelet. It was huge, so big she couldnt eat it. Note to self: never order it for her again, she cant eat all that. Way too much for a 9 yr old.
Service was great, I tipped her well and kept it moving with my stomach full. Mission accomplished.

We had a 14-​hour drive ahead of us and I needed some energy since I was the main driver. Thank goodness IHOP was in eyesight.
I’m an IHOP type of girl. I love the place. If anyone were to ask me where I wanted to go for breakfast, it’d be the IHOP within walking distance of my house. I know the people there and they cater to me. I’ve never had a too horrible experience at an IHOP. Our server was nice and got us coffee and water with quickness.
I ordered their new blackberry peach cobbler pancakes (with vanilla ice cream on top) with some bacon, over-​easy eggs, and hash. Those were delicious, as usual. The pancakes were okay. I loved the idea and the flavours were great, but I felt like they manipulated the pancake recipe to make sure they held up the sauce and fruit. The pancakes were so dense and chewy. .-. Not fluffy with a little bit of crisp around the edges. Siiiiiiiiigh. It was such a nice idea, too. I’ll give them one more try at another IHOP before time runs out hopefully!

Saturday morning and the place is packed so we expected a wait. No wait and absolutely first-​rate service from Mary. She did it all perfectly and did it with a smile. Also a big shout out to server Nick, whom I observed dealing with a difficult customer with charm and aplomb. The food’s good and the staff is great. Yay IHOP.

Ordered three meals. Two pancake meals and one waffle meal. Other tables around us who ordered after us got their food first as we sat and watched our waitress have a private conversation at another table.

My last recent visit to IHOP at 2am was not what I expected. I ordered a PhillyCheesesteak and it was dry and without sauce. The pancakes were ok, nothing I found myself drooling over. I wish they updated their décor or setting. I don’t know maybe it’s a staple design they have for all IHOPs but it looks worn and old. The waiter was polite and nice although it took forever to get our checks for some reason. I thought it would be better but it wasn’t thus the 2 stars.

This is the best ihop I have been to so far! I had the best time. For once at an ihop, I was not forgotten. And my absolutely beautiful server, Tanya is crazy awesome and super nice. Request her if you can. I definitely recommend this to any and everyone. Had a lovely time!

You’re a piece of poo. I mean like I know it’s homecoming season and after the night of the homecoming, everybody goes to iHop. It’s pretty common. But if you didn’t know, there are other customers that come too. I do know it may be really crowded and you guys treat the homecoming people like they’re more special, but that wouldn’t be fair to the others, would it?
Two of my other friends and I went tonight and of course, it was on a homecoming night. We came in at 11:43 P.M. and it was fine. We did think it was crowded, but we also thought the service was going to be great. That theory was totally jinxed… When we waited for our seats, it was an average wait. The waiter sat us down and greeted us. That was fine. When we ordered, it was 11:55. She had taken our orders and left. We then waited, talking among ourselves. We waited, and waited, and waited – for 30 – 45 minutes! That definitely pissed us off. We did get our food and then the waitress said that she was sorry for the wait. Sorry doesn’t cut it. we wasted more time than we wanted to there and that deserves a 2 star. I would have given you guys a –2 star, but there wasn’t one.
P. S., your chefs are hideous. We all ordered some hash browns and bacon. They came out with [burnt] hash browns and [burnt] bacon. I did not ask for [burnt] hash browns and [burnt] bacon. I asked for hash browns and bacon. You see, the difference is that I didn’t have [“burnt”] in what we ordered.
P. S.S., your food is yum-​yum in my tum-​tum, just not today.

Note:
the only reason I came to IHOP this morning is because Cracker Barrel nearby decided to keep me waiting too long for service after I was seated. If you haven’t acknowledged me within 5 minutes I am out of there!
I entered this West Broad IHOP for the first time. My first impression was very positive as I was seated immediately and had coffee and water on my table and ordered within a few minutes. The coffee was hot and they brought a refill pitcher.
My waitress could not have been nicer or more attentive. Chicken and waffles were exactly as they should be and I was very pleased. I’ll be back for sure.
Cons:
their bacon is the thinest slice of bacon ever in the history of sliced bacon. not enough to even taste it

Went this morning before our flight with a group of 10. Krista was our waitress. She rocked! Got us out in 30 minutes! Best waitress I’ve ever had with a group that size.

This place is truly an abomination & it is shocking that IHOP keeps it open. Continuous failure at every level …

I love the IHOP.
My food was fresh, hot and tasty.
No complaints from me.

How can you go wrong?
Cheap, utterly delicious fluffy crispy pancakes.
Sausages, bacon, eggs the way you want them.
Low cal if you choose wisely and control the urge to eat everything on the menu. The 2×2×2 is my go to for those days.
IHOP rocks. This branch has fast service, good food. Thumbs up!

I’m a late night kind of a gal, and this IHOP is one I can count on for decent food and service. I’ve always had personable servers, and they don’t seem to mind if I hang out reading after I’ve eaten.
The only downside to IHOP, in my opinion, is that they serve Pepsi products. Some might say that’s not acceptable criteria to review an establishment on, but I would simply encourage those folks to write their own reviews. :-) It affects my experience, so there it is.

IHOP is one of my favorite places to go, however I was disappointed in my recent visit. I enjoy eating in a Restaurant on the OFF hours, so I went in around 1:30p because I know I will receive excellent service and HOT food. After sitting at the table, it took the waitress almost 9 min. to acknowledge that I was there and to ask if I wanted something to drink. I feel a Server should be at your table within 3 min. I ordered the Combo breakfast which was the Eggs; Bacon & Hashbrowns and on the side it included the Stuff French Toast with a Cream Cheese, topped off with fresh strawberries. On the photo of the menu, it showed it was REALLY stuffed.
My Eggs, I like hard so the eggs, bacon and Hashbrowns were as good as they could get… The bacon a little over cooked and dry I felt however it was eatable. I think it was cooked early that morning and it was some of the leftover bacon from breakfast to be honest. I asked the waitress for some ICE for my tea, and it took her 5 min. to bring me a glass of ice. When I order Ice Tea, I want just that; Tea with LOTS of Ice… I hate it when they bring me tea with ONLY two or three cubes of Ice in the glass.
I was really looking forward to the Stuffed French Toast as the Strawberries and strawberry syrup with whipped cream looked great. When I cut into the stuff waffle, I was surprise in how there was LITTLE to nothing in regards to the Cream Cheese. Now when I say little, I am talking about 2 teaspoons amount. A Krispy Kreme Doughnut with filling has more filling in it than this waffle had. I even asked the Waitress where is the filling and of course she had NO answer. In addition, the waffle seemed dry and tough. I than knew this waffle had to be a frozen Waffle and it was not made here at IHOP.
She sat the check down, and when I finished, I was hoping to pay her so I could leave. Again after waiting over 5 min., I decided to go to front counter to pay, where I saw a sign which said… please stay at your table as your Waiter will take your check. Strange, I thought I had done just that, so I told another server I wanted to pay. She finally found the young girl who was my waitress and she took my check. She asked how was the food and I told her how disappointed I was in the Stuff Waffle. I asked if they make it there and she said no as they come frozen from their warehouse. I asked if they fill the waffle there and she said NO. So, even though it is a new item on their menu, I would not order this again. This waffle was tough with very little to NO cream cheese inside the waffle as the photo on the menu indicates otherwise.
So, my experience with very slow service when there was hardly anyone in the place, and a frozen waffle… I could have done better by buying frozen waffles at Costco… Check out my photos of this recent breakfast…
