this place is very helpful and friendly, I will admit I am a hard customer, for example I wanted the deal going on buy $ 100 in Pandora and get a free braclet but the braclet I was in love with was not available but they were very helpful and they were able to get it from another store and still allow me to by my charms that day, they told me they would give me a call when my braclete came in and so far no call, so it has taken a while but their customer service was still very helpful.
