Very good steaks. They’re displayed in case at entrance if you want to meet your meal before battle. Friendly, rowdy atmosphere. Seating is tight. Bar is center of restaurant with TV screens so can’t be avoided.

Only ate here once but it was the best steak I’ve had out in a while! Wife got the ribeye and I got the strip. Both steaks looked great and were cooked perfect. Service was good as well as the speed of food coming out. The snake bites were also amazing. As far as the layout it was your standard Texas, cramped dining areas. My only complaint were the rude people sat next to us but that’s not their fault.

We love Texas Roadhouse, however, after last night’s experience, our perception has changed. Understandably, yesterday was a rainy Memorial Day, and I’m sure they were busier than expected. We arrived around 5:15, and were a party of 3. We were seated promptly. That was the only positive experience. After being seated, we went to enjoy the rolls, but they were still raw and doughy. After a 5 minute wait to be greeted by a waitress, we set a timer. 17 frustrating minutes later, our waitress finally comes up for a drink order, and was shocked when I let her know we had been sitting long enough to figure out our meal, and we would like to go ahead and order everything.(This waitress had the whole section, and had been to other tables, but seemed to ignore our repeated attempts to get her attention.) At this time we gave our drink and food order, asked for a different basket of bread, and brought to her attention that the bread plates were dirty and had hair all over them. Then we wait again. And wait. So the timer started. And 14 minutes after asking for different bread, it finally showed up. I would be more understanding if they did not have any ready, and that was the reason for the delay, but she provided no reason or apologies. Immediately after the bread shows up, our drinks do as well. When our food finally arrived, at least it was good, but not good enough to justify the wait. It seems as if this location can not handle a ‘rush’, and can only provide timely and great customer service during slow periods.

You know the excitement you feel when you weave through a crowded waiting area to put your name on the list, just to find seats at the bar? Yeah, it’s usually the best. After taking a seat at the end, we’re spotted by the bartender and she comes over to see what he would like. She chats him up a bit and I ask for my beer. He still hasn’t decided, but she pours mine and gives it to him. He decides to go with what I have, so I let him have mine and ask for another. Take 2, she pours and gives it to him. He decides to take the pager back, I mean, we have seats now so no waiting, right? We’re now ready to order and wait for her to come back, but she never turns around. The bar starts emptying so we slide down. Maybe she can’t see us waaaay down here. No such luck. We try all the«we’re ready» moves, like closing the menu, reopening and closing the menu, trying to make eye contact, flagging her down with the menu like we’re air traffic control. After waiting more than 20 minutes, he leaves to put our name back on the list we earlier rejoiced getting off of. A male bartender then asks me if I need anything, I ask for the bill for our beers, and here she comes. «Oh, you’re paying for both?» «Yes». «So you’re paying for his too?» «Yes». I guess then she realized she should have been flirting with me too, since I am the keeper of the money. We get to our table, and our waiter was fantastic. Personable and speedy. He’s the reason this isn’t a 1 star review. The food was good, but as we’re gearing up to leave, we watch another waitress clean off a table loudly voicing she only scored a measly 11 bucks. Um, yeah, get vocal in the back… not in front of other patrons. I’ve been to Texas Roadhouse locations all over, and this one disappoints every time. I mean, if the service isn’t good, how much does the food really matter?

We went to dinner here for the first time and it was great. It’s a western theme and quite fun with kids. We started by calling in and getting our name on the waiting list so when we walked in we only waited 5min to be seated instead of the 35 min everyone had to wait. We picked our steaks when we walked in which was fun! All our food was delicious, the warm rolls, steaks, sweet potatoes, salads and cheese and bacon fries with ranch. My husband had regular margaritas on the rocks with patron and said they were wonderful. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is that they forgot one of our kids meals and I fed her ½ of my steak by the time her meal arrived. They also forgot the loaded fries until I asked for them and then they brought plain fries and had to go correct them. I would defiantly return again. I noticed that they have a 9.99 steak meal Wednesday special, so that is a great time to try it but even at regular price the steaks are really affordable and delicious.

One of the best salads I’ve had in a while. Always a friendly staff and the place is always hopping. Pick out a steak, they are better than the menu ones.

What is wrong with this place? I love Texas road house, but this place is nasty. It’s dirty, food was horrible, I had the prime rib and ot tasted more like a bbq sauce smothered steak. My kid had the grilled chicken and we had to return it because it had a long hair on it. And don’t try to use their bathroom, urine everywhere.

Always great service with a smile! The prime rib is absolutely amazing! It’s great to hit happy hour(4 – 6 m-f and before 3 on the weekends) and catch the $ 3.50 domestic drafts. There are also, $ 1 off dinner specials during that time and a $ 9.998 oz. sirloin on Wednesdays. Within walking distance of the Comfort Suites and Candlewood Suites.

I can’t stop raving about this place. The steaks are so flavorful, and at a price you can’t beat, it’s a steal! They are cooked perfectly – not chewy or rough. Tender and juicy, how steaks should be. Also, the chili with onions and cheese AND the bread and butter are awesome! The portions are generous and the staff is always friendly! I definitely recommend!

We have been to many Texas Roadhouse’s before. This restaurant has been our only bad experience. The food was ok but service was horrible. Server never greeted us when came to the table. We rarely saw him, we had to flag him down anytime we needed something. He acted lazy and as he hated his job. We said thank you to him countless times even though he was hard to get a hold of when he would give us something. And not once did he say thank you. When we received our check we were overcharged and it was his mistake. He fixed it after he talked to his manager. But he mentioned the manager didn’t want to change it with an attitude. He never apologized for the mistake. I spent near $ 100 here and felt I would have received better service at a fast food joint. NEVER will I bring my family back to this restaurant again! This place needs new management badly.

Ate dinner there last night and everything was excellent. Great food at very fair prices and friendly, attentive service. My steak was cooked exactly how I ordered it and the portion size(16 oz. ribeye) was accurate. They were very busy, but I had called ahead and did not have to wait when I showed up at the time they had designated.

Sorry but their steaks are hands down the best out of Outback, Longhorns or any of those other places that I have ever been to where you would get a steak.

Great steak for a chain resteraunt. You can order a steak any size you want by asking the grill guys. Get a 32oz rib eye. You can’t go wrong.

This is a chain, so it caters to American tastes — which can be summarized as «if enough is good, more than enough is better». And it seems to attract that crowd. Booths were crammed cheek to jowl with immensely obese customers. Service is friendly and peppy but the food is all too extreme. The margaritas are too sweet and focused on getting you drunk rather than being good. The ribs were big but very fatty. The rolls were buttery/sweet/cinnamon-y to the point of nearly being a breakfast roll. The fries were too salty. The beans were boiled mushy. The salads seem like the cooks never made one before. And the portions were enormous. I love bbq but this was not a pleasant experience.

This place is awful… Where to begin… First we couldn’t get some simple peanuts to nibble while we waited even though we asked three times. The main issue was poor food and management. Both my son’s and my steaks were brought out raw instead of med rare. He put up with it but i didn’t. I sent it back and we waited about half a meals worth of time and they brought it back out. It was barely warm to the touch. They had maybe had it on the grill less than a minute. It was still PURPLE, not close to red let alone pink. I sent it back again and then after some more waiting the manager comes out with the steak. He says if we cook it anymore it’s already med rare and it’s going to be med well and if that was ok. Inferring in a little contemptuous manner that i was an idiot and didn’t know med rare. I called him on it and asked for the steak and showed him that it was indeed raw purple, not med rare red. Then he proceeded to argue with me about it so i told him to keep it and take it off the bill because the steak was just dead by then and my boys were done eating too. I’ve ate at Texas Roadhouse before and had great steaks but this is not one of those good locations…

Wasn’t overly impressed. My drink walked away when I wasn’t looking. Server came by when I was halfway finished and tried to take my plate, then, When I was finished I had to wait until she did her rotation on that side of the dining room. The plate that my steak and potato were on wasn’t even big enough that I could cut the potato without it falling off the plate., to top things off, the other servers were offering refills on the rolls. Guess she though that I only needed the three that I had. Heard rumors that if it was your first visit, you received a free appetizer. Guess that was all it was, a rumor. Even though the steak was good, I think that I will stick with LoneStAr the next time I have a craving for red meat. I will pay more. but at least, I won’t be ignored because I am female. Don’t suggest this place at all.

This is a pretty decent chain steakhouse. The wait time can be pretty brutal during prime time. The portions are usually good and you get all the free peanuts you can eat. I think the chicken dishes are usually pretty disappointing but all the steak meals I have had are good. They do an especially good job of cooking sirloin without drying it out like a lot of places. The rolls are great and so is the cinnamon butter. The sweet potatoes and green beans are some of the best sides I have tried here.

This was my first time there with my boyfriend. He has been here before and was confident this would be a place I’d enjoy. It’s Saturday night and it seemed normally busy, not crazy busy or so. We had an excited 10 minute wait. We met the host and were offered to pick our steak in showcase if we were looking to get a bigger size. We chose the 16oz and were told that since it’s our first time(as we mentioned) to let our waiter know so that we could get a free appetizer and then handed us the small blue tickets and also instructed to give to our waiter. So we get to the table and our waiter comes. We asked her about the free appetizer and said the restaurant didn’t do that and perhaps it was email promotion. There was our first… ok… moment. So we put our orders in. Oddly the appetizer we ordered took abt 20 mins and 5 mins after that our entrees came in. It was a wait and she did apologize so we weren’t so bothered by that. I ordered a medium well and my boyfriend the same. His was pink in the middle where mine was well cooked. I hate the idea of wasting food especially this 16oz steak but the well done-ness of it wasn’t tolerable especially for a huge 16oz. I politely notified the waiter and she offered taking it off the bill or if I wanted another one. Since I was full from the appetizer and my fries I opted for taking it off the bill. What I began to notice at this point was our waitress’s lack of care. She didn’t even try to seem sympathetic. I didn’t need her crying for me but she just seemed callous toward the situation. Next, we ordered a dessert. It was the apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream and I wish she would have put the ice cream in one dish and the cobbler in a other because by the time she got it to us, it was practically soup. She apologized while setting it down and mentioned how fast the ice cream melted. We said alright and tried to enjoy the leftover cold icecream. At the end she came by the table and I guess saw the transformation of the newly soup and said if we wanted it off the bill and at this point I didn’t care, I simply told her sure so she came back and said her manager only allowed it to be half priced. From what I did have, fries, rice, and appetizer ribs, the food was 3 stars. I did have a bite of my boyfriend’s medium well steak and it was good as well. The downside was our waiter’s seemingly declining vibe, mixed up communication with the free appetizer, the soup dessert, and my unfortunate wasted steak. It was odd because the other 2 waiters around us were jolly and happy to their tables. The bright side of walking out was having a random waiter telling us to have a good night which was the brightest point of my evening. Overall, for my first time, I wouldn’t hurry back to soon. I would love to experience this place with a seemingly caring waiter and tasteful dishes.

I’m happy to report that on my most recent two visits the service and food were out of this world. It was a perfect dining experience. I think we figured out the secret. Always pick your steak and you’ll be thankful you did. Great cut of meat, cooked to perfection, who could ask for anything more? This is my #1 spot when we want a steak. My pictures speak for themselves.
