When my battery died I couldn’t find anyone to help. I walked over to Home Depot and asked if anyone could give me a jump. David had cables and said I was the second person in the last 30 minutes to need a jump. He went out of the way even though my car was not in their parking lot. David made my day. If it weren’t for him I may have been stranded for another hour.
I’m going to have to go shop at Home Depot so that I can give praises to David’s manager. Going above and beyond for someone in need shows that Home Depot does care for the customers.

Great place for my home building business. They did away with the 5% discount. I guess I need to take all my business back to Lowe’s where they give 5% off to contractors.
The fuel perks idea totally sucks. Who has time to keep up with that and they expire. No reward at all.

They have friendly, knowledgeable staff that don’t mind helping you find an item or decide which is the best item (s) for what you want to do.
If they don’t have the item in the store, they’re able to order it for you. Some items are carried on their website but not in local stores.
They have a wide selections of paints, grills, household tools, electrician tools, etc.
Easy access to interstates 64, 295, and 288.

At this location I have always had at least 2 staff ask if they can help me and even walk me to what I was locking for.
It’s nice to see some places still have costumer survive in mind.

It’s a Home Depot. If you’re reading this, you probably haven’t been to one. Right around the corner is a Lowe’s. Depending on who has what, I often have to shuffle between the two. The check out crew at the Contractor side is consistent and frequently nice. As long as you aren’t trying to get something on a weekend afternoon, you can reasonable find help.

Went in here to buy a grill. Absolutely NO one around to help or answer questions. After going to the service/​help desk the unfriendly lady told me she didn’t want to «bother» Mark in the back as he’d had a REALLY busy day. This is with 2 hours until close. So sowwy Marky poo. Even after asking another person for help I could get NONE. Unreal. Left sans grill. Will NOT ever go back there. Complete nightmare.
