Vin’s Hardwood Floors

I bought a new home and was in need of having work done on the floors. It originally had an ugly green carpet that I just had to get rid of. After my brothers and I ripped up the carpet we found that the hardwood underneath was in decent condition with the exception of some major stains.
A family friend recommended Vin and he immediately came over for consultation. He said that he’d try to sand out the floors and see how it looks afterwards. After sanding the floors, we determined that even though the floors looked a thousand times better, there were still some stains that just couldn’t be removed from sanding. Vin recommended to have the floors stained and was very accommodating (choosing the color, darkness, etc).
In the end, I now have beautiful, dark walnut floors that I couldn’t be happier about! All in all, it took about a week for all of the sanding, staining and drying. The pricing was very reasonable and with the results I need and wanted! Definitely would recommend his services to anyone who needs their hardwood floors done.
