Bead Depot

My mom and I went here to hopefully purchase some supplies to make a baby bracelet. We walked in and after a minute, we heard a «hello» but saw no one. We said «hi» back and then saw that the person who spoke to us was sitting at a table. Doing something.
The store is pretty small and as we were browsing we were asking questions. We learned that the lady is the owner. She wasn’t helpful at all. She reluctantly got up and went behind the counter to show us what we went for– sterling silver alphabet blocks. She was out of a letter and didn’t care. I asked her how often she replenishes her supply and she said she should have it in about a week. I asked if I could call to check and she said to stop in.
We browsed a little more and she refused to answer our questions. Not helpful at all.
It’s a shame, because we like to shop at local businesses every so often, even if we can find the same thing for less money somewhere else.
I didn’t give this one star because at least she showed us what we wanted to see, but I WILL NOT be going back here.
