For the people that gave this place three or more stars probably don’t get out much. The food wasn’t all that. I had the all u can eat chicken wings with bone in it was dry the two others I was with had boneless they said was moist we also shared a crab pretzel which was ok I guess. We were seated in a booth with the booths around us had people already seated and eating so when the people around us were paying their tabs and leaving those tables were left all messy with dirty dishes so when we left there were 6 booths untouched where’s the bus boy. I will not be there again or any other Bills my first and last time being at that chain

This Bateman’s has been going downhill for years. I used to go at least twice a week up until about four years ago. The quality of the food and the service deteriorated. They replaced their real chicken wings with«boneless wings». Wings are not boneless. They still have their old wings, but they are buried in the menu, expensive and not as good as they used to be. About a year ago, they up’d all of their prices by about 20% overnight and did away with most of their specials. I haven’t been back since. I remember sending them an email asking why their Monday night all you can eat wings went from $ 9.99 to $ 11.99 overnight and they responded by saying it was a good deal since 10 wings are $ 11.79. However, 10 wings were $ 9.99 the day before. I know prices go up, but 20% at one time is too much of an increase. I now see that this location has been sold off as a franchise from cooperate. Maybe the franchisee can give me a reason to return after over a year. I’ll wait and see.

Not even worth 1 star since they’ve opened there business has continued to decline they have served food way below par and they are extremely slow even while there are no patrons in the restaurant I hope they get rid of the manager whose name escapes me @ the moment but he is older man with glasses and I called up to let him know rhe wings which normally are great wings especially when ordered from the severna park restaurant were for some reason not cooked throughly this time an he rudely asked«well what do you want me to do «? Well definitely not answer with that response or tone and suffice to say we haven’t been back.

I am visiting from NH and was in the mood for a good cheesesteak we did. to know they had them here when we arrived but they do and they are delicious! Got the loaded steak and it was amazing bartender was real nice and attentive to our drinks very polite. I see there is one in the airport might have to get one to go!

On 2÷20÷2016 my wife and I decided to try this Bill Bateman’s instead of going to the one further down the road in Severna Park, it was a big mistake. Our waiter was very new to his job, he told us it was his 3rd day, but he was really trying to please us. I would love to have him again at a different restaurant. The dinning part of the restaurant was very empty for a Saturday night which should have warned us. The bar must have been packed because my wife ordered an orange crush and it literally took an hour to get. The waiter kept apologizing to us and he told us he even tried to make it himself but the bartender would not let him do it. My wife told him she did not want it anymore but he did bring it out after we had finished eating. He took the drink off the bill. The couple behind us also ordered 2 crushes and they also never got theirs until the end of the meal. My fried shrimp were of very poor quality and my wife’s chicken Chesapeake looked and tasted bad. Both of our dishes were cold. I will not go back.

Worst dinner experience I have ever had. Me and my boyfriend first had to switch tables because the one we sat at was dirty and the table wiggled back and forth horribly. After our server Shannon sped past us with a faint be right back we sat there for over 5 minutes and listened to a very angry young girl openly dropping the f word and belittling a few men from the bar because they needed to use the bathroom when she was about to clean it going as far as saying she«wanted to fing leave» loud enough for the restaurant to hear. When my server finally returned I asked her if there was a chicken tender meal I could get with a side of the bacon cheese fries. After taking our order in a rushed uninterested manor it then took over ten minutes to get my French onion soup. The soup sad to say was the only thing I enjoyed about this visit. When the food finally arrived I got a side of fries with cheese sauce and another plate with 4 soggy half burnt tenders. When I asked Shannon if this was a meal her only response was«we don’t got a tender meal». If I was informed of that when I asked I would have gotten something else. When I asked about the fries saying I would have liked the bacon cheese fries she then sounded very annoyed with me. I asked if I could please have the bacon cheese fries she snatched the fries off the table and without a word stormed off. When she returned we asked for the box and a check because we couldn’t believe the way we where being treated. I also asked for a milkshake to drink and was informed that even though they had milk ice cream and ice they do not sell them. That seemed funny for such a restaurant not to sell. I am 3 ½ months pregnant and had to go to a drive thu after I left. I loved bills but will never come back.

Worst service ever. We ordered drinks and wings. Our drinks didn’t make it to the table until an hour later, while our wings cameout 20 minutes after we ordered. They were cold. Our server Kyle was awesome and made sure our drinks were taken off.

Had great server, but that pretty much was it. Must be a wing sauce shortage. Crabby fries had under cooked greasy rubbery fries Cooks must not read menu, sliders didn’t have all the fixings Draft beer watery, and frozen. Served well below proper beer serving temp so much had ice in it. Crab pretzel was actually good. Was kinda slow and no excuse for food not done right. Gotten better food when it was packed. Definitely won’t be back.

I truly love me Bill Bateman’s wings, and consider their buffalo breast perhaps my favorite sammich. But on the negative side this particular Bateman’s seems to be inattentively run and poorly staffed. I was here on a recent pre-Christmas Sunday afternoon, when football games including the Ravens game were on. I sat at the bar, which was close to full, with the rest of the bar area having about a quarter of its booths occupied. ONESINGLE barmaid covered the whole area, from bartending to waiting tables to bussing the food. It was no wonder that she became so busy that it took me a while to flag her down to ask for silverware. As always the food was good, but I remain disappointed at the Bateman’s beer program, where they always seem to have the same limited regimen of brews regardless of the bar. Variety is the spice of life(and beer), Bill! I’ll remain a Bateman’s fan since I love how they do Buffalo chicken, but don’t think I’ll be back to this particular location given the second straight instance of poor service, and the fact that the Severna Park Tap House isn’t all that far away!

Came in here on Thursday night and it happened to be 79 cent boneless wing night. I got the Thai Chili wings and they are so good! Crispy spicy and sweet with banana peppers on top. So good. Diffenitely my favorite wing sauce now. We also had French fries which were hot and crispy. They also had drink specials $ 3 Angry Orchard pints, 3.75 apple martinis, and 5.50 Orange crushes. Among other specials. It was a very affordable eveing about $ 30 with tip for two people including drinks. Made for a great thirsty Thursday! I’d definitely go back for the wings and drink specials.

Been to all the other batemans, this is the worst by far. Horrible service, no attention to detail. Not going back

Worse place EVER. Fries were cold, chicken wings were undercooked, and legitimately waited an hour for the check and there was hardly anyone there. Won’t be going back ever again. I advise everyone if you want wings go to Buffalo Wild Wings

Came in here after dinner for Sunday Funday with the Boyfriend. We met up with three other friends and ordered some beverages. Out of all five of us the bartender only asked for my ID. This has become a habit, not because I hang out with people way older than me but because I look 12. Our bartender’s name was Lex or Less and he was great. We played keno, drank and ordered some food. We also played about 8 scratch offs and won 5 out of 8 times. We had a great night, obviously! The food was just ok. I remember their crab pretzel being amazing, but that was years ago. I wouldn’t eat in here again unless I was drinking a lot.

The quality of the food is very low and I was not expecting much. My salad was bland and was not cleaned properly(found something in it). Mozzarella sticks were under cooked and lukewarm. The service was pretty bad. Our waitress did not put the order in correctly(burger well done as opposed to medium rare), forgot parts of the order, took a very long time bringing those things she forgot to us, and did not refill our drinks. I’m usually pretty lenient with wait staff because I’ve been in their shoes, but the restaurant was pretty empty and the service and food were horrible. Another table left before anyone got to them. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

I personally love this batemans its location is very close to me and the service has always been good. I recommend the cream of crab soup. It has never disappointed me and always filling. The main course you can never go wrong with any crab dish on the menu they 9 times out of ten hit it out of the park

Boneless wings are very good. Steamed shrimp is great. House salad was not fresh. It was brown, transparent, and slimy. Rockfish was not fresh; over cooked and smelled terrible. Decent place for wings, shrimp, burgers, and an okay selection of beer. Service was average.

Wow, just wow. This location is nearly one of the worst franchise spots I’ve dined at with BBB. The interior is old and out of date, uncomfortable and has seen a lot better days. I’ve only dine here for the wing night special over the last several years and can say this location has really gotten worse. Before the wings were cooked well, now they are uncooked, overcooked and sometimes smaller than most places. The same can be said about the sauce quality, which seemed to be lacking any real flavors I’ve come to experience in the past. The drink selection is ok, but mainly Budweiser and family products including 2 micro draughts. My service has been mixed each time I’ve dined here and just too inconsistent to really comment more. 2 stars…

For a good Monday night football experience, it’s not a bad gig to head over to Bill Bateman’s Bistro for a TV and all-you-can-eat wings. Buy the buffet for $ 10 and a mandatory soft drink for $ 2.50 and you’ll be able to sit back, stuff your face, and enjoy the show. I’m not a big fan of Old Bay(Weird right? You’re in Baltimore and you don’t like Old Bay?). However, I’m a big fan of Bill Bateman’s Old Bay wings. That speaks volumes. I also like the Lemon Pepper wings. The Asian wings taste like General Tso’s chicken. For anyone(not me) who likes that, you’re in for a treat. I wouldn’t recommend getting anything other than wings here. The half rack of ribs weren’t that good. Anyways, the Glen Burnie location seems pretty lonely and isn’t really busy. As such, the wings come out pretty fast when you order them and service is definitely attentive.
