The food here is pretty good. I really like the milkshakes, I get caramel marchmallow and my friends really like the banana cream pie or something like that. The service has always been good and the people are friendly.

What an amazing place. I love their onion rings. I will go there just to order them. The service is great along with staff.

Can’t believe I just happened to drive by this place. I literally have not seen a Gino’s since I was a child in the late 60’s early 70’s. They were the one’s who introduced«Kentucky Fried Chicken» to the Delmarva region. Then a major lawsuit and a big Bru hahaha caused them to shut their doors. Now, 4 decades later… they’re back! Since this is my first visit after so long… I have to say that I find the 50’s music and motiff somewhat appealing. The food is sourced from local area farms and does not taste preserved or over processed. That is a nice change from the grease laden burgers of typical fast food. Everything is made to order and the french fries are delicious! I plan to come back next chance I get up to Glen Bernie.

I eat here often and really like the grilled chicken caesar wrap and salad as an alternative to fast food. The food is made to order and it’s delicious! The staff is friendly and always makes sure that you get exactly what you like. The 50s style music and décor is great! Fun place for a casual meal out.

Having never been to a Gino’s, I asked the cashier if the chicken was good. Based on her recommendation my wife and I both ordered the fried chicken. We were told the chicken was cooked as ordered and it would take 15 minutes to fill the order. She said it was worth the wait. That was the first mistake. It was average at best and certainly not worth a 15 minute wait… if it was only a 15 minute wait. It took almost 30 minutes and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. The second mistake was offering to bring us buffalo bites before the meal then bringing them with the meal. I don’t know about other Gino’s, but, this one is poorly run and not worth going back to try anything else. Btw, the buffalo strips/bites were just breaded pieces of breast with hot sauce. There was nothing unique about anything here.

Gino’s supposedly bills itself as a «fast-casual» style of restaurant. I’m still not sure exactly what fast-casual is, but if this is it, I think I like it. Gino’s is apparently a really small chain native and local to MD, although this is the only location I’ve ever seen. They seem to fit in a niche that seems to be best described as above McDonald’s and Burger King, but below sit-down restaurants like Applebee’s and Friday’s. This applies to basically the quality of their food, the pricing, and even the service. I actually had reservations about coming in here, because of previous reviews, but they seem to be a bit unfounded. Everything I’ve had here seems to be rather decent. Even has a little punch card for if you buy meals, which is a nice little gimmick that brings people back. Doesn’t hurt that the food is a good value for the price. Definitely worth stopping by and checking out if you’re looking for a quick bite, but don’t want to stoop to the levels of lower-tier fast food.

Delicious onion rings and the meal was huge. Great, friendly service that transports you back to a different(better) era of restaurants. The ice cream shakes are awesome. Such a great vaue. Gino’s brings it back, baby!

The food is Still good. I have had problems with the order processing some time they forget items we ordered or don’t know how to read and understand their own company coupon and this is frustrating at times. I like the Sunday deals

The burgers and fries are delicious. Very close to burger brothers or five guys. Do not order the Classic Gino Giant. Order the Super Gino Giant, it’s worth the upgrade.

Gino’s you will assumed is a small family owned business. Gino’s is actually a franchised business. There are not many Gino’s around and not familiar with this restaurant. I was told that there is another Gino’s in Maryland but there are more in Pennsylvania. I used the drive thru to get my chicken bites, that’s all. The ordering was good in time but to get food was a wait. There was no customers in line but I think there was a confusion with customers’ order in front. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the chicken bites; they are as good as the ChickfilA! but the mustard is not too good.

Good grief. Went here with my husband because he loves the one up by Aberdeen and I’ve never been there. Sunday at 2pm the place was pretty quiet. Walked in and something smelled off, definitely not a good first impression. The guy at the counter was great. However, when we sat and our food arrived, the girl dropped my silverware all over me and the dirty table, and although she said sorry, she didn’t offer to replace it. The fries and onion rings were fantastic, as was my husband’s shake. But my chicken Caesar wrap was awful. Romaine was going bad, and the whole thing tasted off. One side was edible, but the other was definitely not, and when my husband tried it, he asked me how I could eat the other half. The lighting is weird too, it’s rather dark on a sunny day. Bathroom needed some cleaning, but it wasn’t hideous. Finally, when we left, I noticed the tables that needed bussing when we came in were still dirty, and everyone that left while we were there created additional dirty tables. The place was pretty dirty, the food wasn’t right, and my husband said he was so disappointed with this branch, we probably won’t be back. It’s a shame, because he loves Gino’s, and I can see the charm.

I always eat inside when I go here. I’ve had bad service once and walked out but all the other times were good. I always get a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a shake. This is a fast food restaurant but they will bring you your food to the table. They are not waitresses so don’t expect them to come check on you. I think some people get confused with that and say it’s bad service. That’s not their job, it’s not that type of restaurant. I enjoy it here and eat here frequently.

Visited Gino’s in Glen Burnie today and had a GREAT lunch. Walked right in at 11:30 am and placed our order. Person taking order was very nice and helpful — answering our questions. We ordered the Bacon cheese burger with fries and drink — also chicken tenders with fries and drink. Got our drinks and sat down at a booth. As we waited for our food — we noticed how clean the restaurant was and everything behind the counter was well organized. Our food arrived quickly. The burger was well cooked and came with fresh cooked bacon — lettuce, tomatoes, onions. The chicken tenders were large pieces of freshly cooked chicken with a crispy coating(not overly thick). The fries were freshly cooked and tasty. Our food was delicious and reminded me of home made hamburgers! We enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back soon!

Gino’s is a good fast food option. Came here with my daughter and we really enjoyed our lunch. She had the chicken wrap and a piña colada milkshake while I had a chicken sandwich with provolone cheese and a mint chocolate chip milkshake. The meal was good and was the right size. Just enough to fill you up but not enough for a food coma which requires a nap.

I lived in Anne Arundel County for 14 years of my life, and I have never heard of Gino’s. So I was not part of the in-the-know crowd that was excited about a Gino’s comeback. But what the heck, I decided to see what the fuss was about. I came to Gino’s, grabbed a menu, and sat next to some other customers that were waiting for the to-go orders. While perusing the menu, I overheard the customers comment that they always come here because«the food is so fresh.» So, of course, I’m expecting to be in for a treat. I order a Classic Gino’s Giant combo with fries and a soda. It’s kind of like a Big Mac, which I enjoy from time to time. I am given a number and told that my food will be brought to me. I sit at a table and notice a tin of Old Bay at the table… score! I love Old Bay, and believe that no restaurant in Maryland should be without it. I wait about 10 minutes for the food to arrive. I immediately notice how tiny the burgers are; about half the size of the palm of my hand. I might as well have been eating a bread sandwich. The food is fresh, but the lack of meat ruined the burger for me. Next time I’ll get a double or triple. The fries are standard, but tasty. During my meal, I notice the huge selection of milkshakes. Everyone that knows me knows that vanilla is my go-to. But I also noticed a Frozen Hot Chocolate flavor. I had to try that! So I go to order a small one, and wait a few minutes. The employee hands me a kiddie-cup size shake that I just spent $ 3 for. Well, no matter, I bet it will be delicious. It wasn’t. I don’t know if I picked the wrong flavor or what, but what I tasted was very artificial and chemical-tasting. I couldn’t even finish it; I threw it away. The service here was very friendly, all with smiles and«thank yous,» which I appreciate. And I’ve heard wonderful things about the chicken. So the next time I am in Maryland, I will come back to Gino’s and try some of their chicken, and a VANILLA shake! :-)

Great burgers, a-little pricey but they have a great selection. Over 20 different flavors of malts and shakes. Also they have hand breaded chicken sandwiches, and tenders. The onion rings are some of the best in town. Enjoy…

I remember everyone getting all excited when Gino’s was coming back to the Baltimore area. I thought I’d be blown away by the food. I wasn’t. The two of us ordered the Classic Gino’s Giant combo with fries as well as a Buffalo Chicken Wrap and Onion Rings(which the cashier automatically turned into a combo meal without me asking for that. Deduct one star for silent upselling). The burgers seemed pretty small to me and the onion rings were very thin and limp with the kind of batter that flakes off easily. Full range of condiments are on each table and soft drinks/tea are self serve.

Highly anticipating my first experience, I was let down… The wait was not bad, as we were giving a number and had our food brought out to us when ready. Decoration/set-up was old diner w/a modern twist. Nothing amazing but comfortable. I had a fired up chicken sandwich & my BF had a custom burger combo. We decided not to get fries for me expecting there would be enough w/the combo. WRONG! I went back(they messed up my order) & ordered another fry. Literally, they have a kid size serving as «regular» The burgers were(over) greasy & small w/an over buttered bun. There wasn’t much FLAVOR to be enjoyed, just fast food enough to fill you up. And EXPENSIVE. I’d rather 5guys anyday… I guess my mistake was being excited by the return of a famous place, and comparing the product to 5guys… PS. Don’t go through drive-thru! It’s all black/white words, with NO pictures or descriptions. So unless you know EXACTLY what you want, go inside.
