Burger King

Horrible food horrible service stay away!!! Very rude staff, food was not fresh and frys were hard and cold, drink was flat and when I call to address this issue I was told to call the 800 number on my receipt which was not giving to me cause the register ran out of tape. It’s a fast food place, I get it but explore other options if you are in the area.

Horrible! Sat in drive thru line for 25 minutes only tofind that they gave my food to the ratchet in the minivan in front of us. When the employee realized the mistake, she turned around and screamed at the manager, who proceeded to scream right back at her. The manager then beganto angrily shove food into bags while yelling «don’t worry, your order is coming up!» I would’ve been ok with that, had I not witnessed the same manager (overweight caucasian male) proceed to push french fries, onion rings and cartons on the floor, then pick up an onion ring off of the floor and put it on thewarmer! At this point I was done. I requested my money back and stated that I did not want the food that he just hastily prepared, and i told the employee that I saw him pick food up off of thefloor. The manager argued with me, trying to bully me into taking the food (w/​o a refund!). I had to raise my voice to get my point across that I would not now, nor will I ever, eat food that he had prepared. He asked for my card back & refunded my money. I then drove to the Burger King on Crain Highway and was shown excellent service with a smile. I will never go to the Burger King on Mountain Rd again!

This restaurant needs to fire nice i went there one night and 3 workers were talking bad words on front of people and kids

Usually the people are nice, but typically the food is nasty. One night I ordered a chicken nugget meal, and when I got back to work, there was some sauce on half of the nuggets. I almost gagged. I also find it comical that a Col. Sanders look-​alike works here.

Go somewhere else. Bad service, cold food and not clean.

So I pulled up to the drive-​thru where the girl on the loud speaker yelled «what you want?!» Then when I finally got my order it was wrong. Its not much better but take the extra 10 minutes and go to the Ritchie Hwy location.
