My partner and I ordered two bagels with cream cheese and iced coffees. His iced coffee had a shot of coconut and mine had a shot of toasted almond. I feel his was more flavorful.
As for the bagels, they were intensely loaded with cream cheese, more than any dunkin donuts I have ever been to.
It was fast and simple, food and flavor a were just okay.

I think they started reading their Unilocal reviews because it seems that the staff has gotten much more friendly and they started to give receipts again! :) Yay! I love when businesses get better from customer feedback!

Today i went in to redeem my free coffee due to the Ravens win. I downloaded the dunkin app and was able to scan my offer and pay hiding a gift card i had purchase online.
A pretty easy process. I love free coffee!

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever! Used to be my go-​to stop as it is right around the corner from my home. After today, I’m never going back!
Ordered a non-​toasted bagel with a side of cream cheese — waited over 15 minutes while other patrons received their cooked breakfast sandwiches; some whom were in line after me! After asking the staff about the bagel, I was informed it was coming; but after 2 more customers received their food after me, I informed them I was leaving, couldn’t wait any longer and left. Didn’t even get the food I paid for. I’m sorry, but who has time to wait 15+ minutes for a non-​toasted bagel?

I DD, but… This location continues to amaze me. They get tons of business but they are slow, rude, and disorganized. The past couple times I’ve been there I said to myself this was last time, but today was it. After witnessing the cashier practically yelling at another customer that it was his turn I think I’m done. Back to Burwood, when I need my GB DD fix!

It’s alright. Combination dunkin donuts and baskin robins. Free wifi and comfortable space to surf. Hard to understand the counter guy’s accent.
