Kmart Stores

This by far is one of the worst Kmarts Ive ever been to, the only reason why I continue to come isnto see if I’m missing something on super double days. Thats basically where your $ 2 coupons double up to $ 4. The store is so rundown and never clean or stocked appropriately. The staff members are very rude and not willing to help or go out of their way to make sure a client returns. So for an example the store had stocked All detergent in a spot with the sale price as $ 7.99 no other types around and a full shelf labeled like this. So i decided to buy this product but upon purchase the price was $ 14.99 so the cashier immediately said I dont know what to do so I told her could she ask someone. So a lady went to the back and saw the sticker and said oh we placed the sticker under the wrong products and that they weren’t gonna honor their mistake. and its not like I had a million products I had 1. So because of this experience and lack of care I would never shop here again unless there was a huge change in the store and employees, which will probably never happen.

The only reason I come to Kmart is to buy bedding. I bought my spring set from here and absolutely love it. You can’t go wrong with getting a 16 piece set on sale for $ 45

I hadn’t been in the store for quite a while. Now I remember why! I made a special trip to pick up some basic household items and some men’s socks and ended up leaving the one item I actually found on the shelves because I would have waited a half hour in line. The store is old, the aisles are crowded and the layout is difficult to maneuver. Can’t wait for the new Walmart to open across the street! Until then I will shop at Target.

This K-​Mart is old and the layout has been the same for over 15-​years. I shop here 2 – 3 times a month and only for basic items when this store is on the route home. The staff is helpful, when you can find them. I rarely find anyone on the sales floor other than behind the jewelry counter. This store is always stocked! I rarely find empty shelves here…

This store needs to close! They never have what your looking for! Plus one register opened at customer service during Christmas time!!!

Salespeople need to smile. Cashier’s attitude was horrible. Staff need customer service skills training. They all gave the impression they didn’t like their job.
