Total garbage. Did not complete job in time as agreed. They had to use sub-contractors just to complete the job. Installed equipment other than what was agreed to. I have found the company very rude and arrogant to deal with.

After paying $ 455 they did not get the air conditioner working. I’m considering a portable unit because I don’t want to waste anymore money and still end up hot and frustrated.

My AC stopped running and these guys were recommended by a friend. Of course I had visions in my head of being charged thousands of dollars for a new system. I called at 9:30am and they had a technician out to my house by noon. Long story short, it turns out I had a simple wire problem that I could solve myself. I cut back the wires, stripped them and reconnected — the AC started working good as new. Best of all they didn’t even charge me for the visit. Fast, friendly, honest service and I will definitely use them again in the future.

We have used this company for three new installs in three different houses. We have always had great service. The other day when I ran into one of the sons, he knew me by name. What great customer service! They definitely know what they are doing regarding heating and air conditioning. I highly recommend!
