McDonalds

I understand that this is Mcdonalds so I probably shouldnt have high standards, however I am still a paying customer so I do expect to be treated like a human being. First off every employee I have encountered here not only hates their job, but probably life in general. They are so noticeably unfriendly and borderline hostile. This includes the managersb y the way. I ordered a double cheese, a chicken sandwich, fries and a cup of mac sauce (I like to dip my fries in it) as a per usual they charge me for the mac sauce. Cool. As per usual my sauce wasnt in the bag so I ask the guy for it. He says oh im sorry they put it on the burger. Cool. I say okay thats fine can i still get a cup of it for my fries. Seems he wanted to charge me again. I said I shouldnt have to i paid for it once. Hes hesitates but gets it for me. I asked for some mayo, they were out. The one lady manager is always unhappy. And most of the employees are the same. Make sure you check your food to make sure its correct before you leave.

Went to this McDonald’s late last night and it was a horrible experience. The drive through took 20 minutes, no lie, not sure why it should ever take that long… it is FAST FOOD after all. The guy at the window was rude and refused to accept credit cards. They then «forgot» to give me my change, I wonder why. In the end I was just so happy to leave. When I started to eat my food the fries were cold and over salted. The chicken McNuggets tasted stale. They were not crispy at all but instead dry and chewy. Completely disgusting. What a horrible experience. I WILL NOT be going back. If I could I would not even give them one star.

My theory on Mcdonalds including this one:
At first the food tastes really good, but after 2 hours or so, you will ask yourself why you chose to go to Mcdonalds in the first place.
This Mcdonalds was particularly fast, so I gave them an extra star.

It was buy one bigmac or quarter pounder and get one for 1 cent deal. Drive thru was packed but they were getting the cars thru at a decent pace, until I came up to the window. I ordered 2 bigmacs, 2 quarters, and 2 large fries, fairly easy order, but they sent me to park while the 2 cars behind me got their orders. Unsatisfactory! I only had to wait a minute but totally uncalled for. Food was fresh and fries piping hot, so that saved them from a 1 star status.
