Arby’s

Drive thru attendant allowed me to pause and think about my order. The Reuben was good although the bread was a bit on the pasty side. The packaging steamed it. Curly fries would have been crisp but the cardboard container and paper bag reaped havoc on the exoskeleton. The roast beef was perfect and the bun was soft. No cheddar nor sauce was needed. Washed it all down with an icy cold fountain drink and a freshly brewed unsweetened iced tea. Taking advantage of the dining area is a must on my next visit.

Uninspiring. Arby’s needs to shake it up. This location is just like every other.

It was my very first visit to Arby’s, I was a bit disappointed to be honest…
When we walked in it was clean and not to crowded, we walked to the counter and we were greeted by a employee who was mopping up a drink spill near the soda machines (or so we thought).
Another staff member came up to take our order, in between me talking he was barking orders to the guy mopping about how to properly mop. I felt bad for the kid cause he was doing fine… The man taking our order gave us our drink cups and walked away.
When we went to fill up our drinks the machine was clearly broken, the soda went everywhere and was nothing but carbonation.
We gave up and got a non carbonated drink, while waiting we over heard the «manager» I am assuming yell over to the kid mopping that the machines were going to continue to do that until the repair man came out… So I was a little irritated that he knew the machine was broken but sold us drinks anyway without disclosing it, I wouldn’t have got them.
Well then our food was ready and it was on a tray, I stop him and said «this was to go»… He grabbed a bag and dropped our food in, leaving about half our fries on the tray and then started barking at the kid mopping again…
I felt like I was definitely second priority and wasted money for sure… I would try it again cause the food wasn’t bad, but my first visit was definitely disappointing.

Have a little taste of fast food; Arby’s bring in the goodness of fast food as well as freshness. Definitely a u turn stop in my menu.
