I kept seeing the signage from Int 695 and always wanted to stop in and check it out. When I finally did, I discovered they had moved. Fortunately they were just around the corner. I must say I was glad I decided to stop in for a visit. The meals the wife and I had were delicious. Though she said the Queen cut prime rib was better than the surf and turf, both were thoroughly enjoyed. The Queen cut was such size, that what I had to take away was more than enough for a second meal(which was good the second time around as well.) It was a little pricey, but well worth every cent. Know we know where they are, we will be back. It’s going to be hard to have me order something besides the Queen cut.

Stopped in here for a late lunch. Very nice place with friendly folks! It’s an old restaurant in a new place. Don’t let the façade fool you, granite bar and nicely decorated inside. Maryland crab soup was spectacular as well as the broiled crab cake sandwich.

I just want to thank Snyder’s for making my Mom’s 58th birthday party such a great time for all. Snyder’s was easily able to accommodate our party of 14. The food was outstanding. The service was spectacular and we will be back! Also I’m not someone who just leaves five star reviews, as one other Unilocal review here stated. Maybe some of the people who’ve had bad experiences just went at bad times, who knows?

Just went there for Mother’s Day. Had reservations. 15 minutes we waited and no body even filled water or took drink orders. Nothing. You would think that after having to relocate, the management would want to solidify their clientele. My mother was very disappointed as well as the rest of us. I hope they get it together one day. We went to Moe’s instead.

Nice restaurant. Food was fantastic. Our party of three had shrimp scampi, sour beef and dunplings and filet. Everyone was 100% pleased with the food. Service was great at our table and the surrounding tables all seemed happy as well. Dinner and drinks for 3 was 120.00 with the 20% tip!!! Great food, service and prices.

This is a difficult review as our experience was both good and bad. My Mother In-Law had a retiree luncheon here. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and the flow of the restaurant has clean lines and there isn’t any crowding of the tables. We were a group of 11 and were seated within 10 minutes of arrival. The restaurant wasn’t full but there was a lot of people there. Our waitress acknowledged us within 5-minutes and said she would be with us shortly. That ‘shortly’ turned into 20 minutes as she tended to seven other tables. The ladies in the group were starting to get a bit restless after being at the table almost 30-minutes with no tea or coffee. I did note there were only 6 waitress’, that I could see and count, in the whole restaurant. I would estimate an additional four waitresses was needed, minimum. Everyone placed their order. Drinks and bread came out. The bread was good and the butter was the salted type; excellent! Unfortunately everyone only got one piece of bread and it was all gone, meaning not enough bread was provided. So for the next 15 minutes thats all the ladies talked about … and that they needed their drinks refreshed. Five of the ladies ordered Sauerbraten, two ordered Maryland Crab Soup and there were four stuffed tomatoes ordered. The orders showed up and seven items went back. It took about 6 – 10 minutes to get our waitresses attention, too. The Sauerbraten was cold and the Maryland Crab Soup was very salty and luke warm. Now it was 12:15PM so all the food should have been hot; especially the Sauerbraten. On the flip side, the stuffed tomatoes were huge and overstuffed. Two were stuffed with Shrimp salad, one was a Chicken salad, and one was an egg salad. Excellent flavor and the shrimp was fresh. So how can they do so poor on the hot plates but so great on the cold plates? More bread came out and new drinks. The returned orders came back, steaming hot; thank goodness for the microwave… Lunch was over, the ladies enjoyed seeing each other again, and they made plans for the next luncheon in February. All did agree it might be some time before they retuned to Snyder’s Willow Grove.

$ 27 for an over-salted prime rib. quite frankly large portions can not make up for overpriced, under flavored meals. it may be a new location, but judging from the night there, it is a nightmare from the 80s. Had it not been an obligation for a family gathering dinner, planned by an elder Aunt, I doubt I would have stayed. The room was filled with Seniors who must have lost their taste decades ago. Denny’s never looked so good… updating May 15, have not gone back, but note the reviewers who gave them a 5 star tend to give all their reviews a 5 star, just saying…

This is the new location as the original location is closed due to flooding. We have been coming for 40 years and we are pleased they are open once again. The restaurant is beautifully decorated for the holiday as it was in its original location. Mr. Snyder and his brother decorated the restaurant themselves. The menu and food recipes are exact. Our favorites are still excellently prepared with the same recipe and quality ingredients. The tables have a cloth tablecloth on them and the cloth napkins accompany the tablecloth. This is true at lunch time as well as for dinner. The location is in the Burwood shopping center on Baltimore Annapolis Blvd across from Vince’s Produce, a well known fresh produce stand and landscaping company. There is a bar area and an area for small parties of about 30 people. If you have ever been to the older Snyder’s restaurant on Hollins Ferry Road in Linthicum, you will be very pleased when you come here to the new Snyders. Don’t be surprised if you notice the same furniture as was used in the original location … and most of all… the same delicious food as before… even some of the same staff. A phenomenal find!!!
