I was blown away by the amazing professional and caring service I received at Cove Opticians.
I had been to countless stores — Costco (the absolute WORST service and selection), chain stores, independent boutiques… trying on frame after frame, attempting to get one that looked great. I can’t tell you how many times the sales clerk said «yeah, but that one is the best» just to sell me a pair of glasses. One guy even said (before I tried any on) «we can discount whatever you choose by $ 100!» Which told me the frames were all overpriced by at least $ 150!
I went into Cove Opticians and Joe sat me down, looked at my face, my current frames, discussed what I was looking for and by the third frame, nailed it! The frame compliments my face without overpowering me, the color is perfect, the style is beautiful and the frames are unique.
Cove has the absolute best selection, service and attention to detail anywhere!!!
