Keith is a nightmare to work with. Very rude and wouldn’t show up for appointments he made with us much in advance. He’ll disappear off the radar for weeks at a time. I didn’t expect to be working with a diva. Will take my business elsewhere.

I searched high and low for a recliner. After a miserable experience at a well known national retailer I tried Safavieh in Glen Cove. What a beautiful store. Their furnishings run the gamut from affordable to fabulous. Clare showed us multiple recliners that were all terrific and I bought two in exactly the color and comfort level I was looking for. Everyone at the store was courteous, helpful and knowledgable. I’d recommend checking here for any quality home furnishings purchase.

Decent furniture, good sales staff. But the worst delivery services I have ever experienced. No communication, and zero concern for the customer. I scheduled a delivery from 10am until 12. They never called to confirm, so I called them. First I was told we weren’t scheduled, then I was told we were. Later I received a call asking to move the time by two hours.(12−2pm). I replied that I couldn’t, and they said no problem. at 12 still no truck, and no call from them. Another call to them and they were now loading the truck at 1‘pm. It is now 3pm, and they still can’t tell me where the truck is or when it will be here.
My wife and I have both missed appointments, and the best they can do is say they are sorry, and won’t give me an explanation.
I have another item on order, that I am cancelling. I will never do business with them again.
Update, at 3:45 the driver calls, he is lost! Even though he has a GPS. He can’t even tell me where HE is!
Management calls and says they will deliver first thing NEXT Saturday, and offers me a $ 150 credit.
I still don’t want to do business with them again. Hopefully my order will be delivered by next week.
Be cautious if you decide to deal with them.
