Stopped in a couple times because it’s so close to work. First time, absolutely horrid! Service was mediocre, chicken was dry and rubbery like it had been out an hour or two, and the curly fries were cold and greasy. Second time, invited by the manager to give them another shot. Chicken sandwich was quite good, actually, and the hot curly fries makes a world of difference. Service was actually pretty good. Third time, thinking they had their act together, another visit was in store. Today, I just ordered a classic beef with cheese, and it took the cashier longer to make change than to get the sandwich. I gave him a $ 20 plus exact change so all he needed to give me was the $ 16.00 shown on the register! The fast service was offset by a barely warm sandwich with literally a 1−½″ spot of cheese on it — yes, I wish I took a picture of it since it could be used as a satire of a ‘cheesy’ sandwich! Taste was typical Arby’s — decent but not exciting. I opted for no curly fries today, and am not sure what I would have received. Service was actually friendly by the cashier, if not stellar all around. The 2-star rating could push a 3 but was based on the lousy consistency, offset by the good reactions by the manager after my first visit, and the decent sandwich for the ONE of three I ordered. They have the potential, but it seems like no leadership for the most part. Not trying this Arby’s again.

I ordered the supreme BLT last night. They were the worst BLT sandwiches ever. Hardly any mayo and very little bacon. I’ve had these sandwiches before and they were terrific but at this location not so good.

I agree with the other review. It takes forever to get your order. They finally are getting some better menu items in, but that doesn’t matter if they can’t even get the simply orders correct.

Everytime we visit this location we end up waiting for what seems like hours(drive-thru or inside) yet somehow the place is never really busy. Additionally, the last few times we’ve ordered our standard beef and cheddar, we’ve both gotten sick. So, no more Glen Ellyn Arby’s for us, I guess.
