I feel like I’ve discredited myself by giving a FIVE for a video game store. HOWEVER… I always appreciate it when I go to a store and the salesman knows when to defer to someone who knows more(his manager) and when both the salesman and manager are willing to tell you NOT to buy something. I went in here for a PS3 fan thinking the recent heat wave could cause it some issues. The sales guy explained the benefits and downfalls of the product and even asked questions to understand how I use my PS3 to assess if it’d be of any benefit at all. I think that alone warranted the five, but I also solicited some video game recommendations and they did seem very knowledgeable and when I joked I wanted to find a Dreamcast, the manager started naming off other stores that carry them. Overall, they were rather geeky, but in a good way! And honest!

I’m not usually a huge fan of Gamestop and I’ve had some bad experiences in the past but this place is actually pretty decent. The staff knows their stuff, they are always polite, and always willing to give advice, recs, or just chat video games.

Not really a fan of these sorts of places. What with the low trade in values and lack of royalties to game authors, but the staff here geniuely seem interested in gaming(geek alert) and if you are the least bit into that then this is probably worth as visit. For example: I had a coupon and they checked a couple of different older coupons and were able to bump up my discount from 25% off to 30% off.
