Stopped by the other day by chance. They had moved into Glen Mills shopping center but hadn’t noticed due to name change/​alteration. to name and signage As i walked in, three what appreared to be high level managers /​regional mgrs. I am guessing were standing at the inside of the front door. They stopped their conversation, all looked at me and not one said hello or greated me. I thought that was odd since they should set an example for the store (thats usually treatment I get at other stores). Well set an example they did, all the regular associates couldn’t be bothered I was there and it was not busy and three sales people were on the floor. In addition, I don’t care for the changes they have made to the store, its smaller now so not as much furniture on the floor and its much more special order. It just has that snooty decorator feel to it now. Before the changes when I would shop, everyone was so friendly and the store was airy and more to look at. I think I was put off mostly by the staff though. Now since its the same feeling as going to a decorator I think I may, at least they give you one on one attention the moment you walk in the door!
