Informal dinning, excellent food, and the service was great. Salmon with asparagus & grilled red potatoes– so good. Tomato Bisque & Waldorf Salad hit the spot.

It is rare to come across a TRUE set of quality bartenders in Glen Mills. Lauren, Abe, and Kelly are great. Entertaining, witty, and full of personality. I love to challenge them to surprise us with their mixed drinks repertoire and we have yet to find a drink we dislike! The food is awesome. Be sure to Order the Sante Fe Pizza which is off menu, but the chef will totally make it.

I have eaten here several times. I have a gluten allergy and they have an amazing gluten free menu and are very accommodating. Sometimes allergies are not greeted with niceties in the restaurant environment. Not your average joes brings me my own gluten free rolls and I get the haddock. It’s great! Will be back many times.

Good place. Been here a few times and I liked their food every time. Service can be improved in my opinion but it’s ok in general. Love the bread and special dip they serve as a standard before ordering. Menu needs to be updated more often due to high competition in a close proximity

Ahhh such nice people work here I just can’t! We decided to go here for a grad lunch and I was really annoying and had to change the reservation multiple times because our party number changed a lot and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. For our party of 11 they were just so nice from the host to the server! Thank you so much! On to the food… also pretty dope. Mad options, something for everyone, cuisine spans from Mexican to American to Italian. Many veggie options, which was great since half our table was veggie. I, myself, got the turkey meatball pasta and really liked it – different type of pasta. G R E A T experience!

Make sure you have a reservation before coming here. We were turned away when trying to get dinner at 5:00pm. Apparently you can’t wait for a table.

Had an excellent time at NYAJ. I had salmon that was cooked medium well as requested. They do make a variety of dishes that are not average fare. Thanks Jimmie

Had another great meal yesterday night at Joe’s. Entrees(all fish) came out quickly and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent as well, our waiter Leonard was very accommodating to allergy restrictions and went the extra mile to ensure there were no problems.

My oldest daughter treated us to a lovely dinner here last week. I have to say, I thought it was definitely NOT average. By the time I had wolfed down a couple pieces of their awesome caramelized onion and rosemary bread with a yummy cheesy garlic olive oil dip, and my «Not Your Average House Salad» —(an absolutely wonderful salad with roasted tomatoes, blue cheese and a tangy lemon dressing), I was sold. At that point, I had decided that Joe’s was gonna be the kind of place where I would have a hard time not licking my plate! My entrée — the Cranberry-Teriyaki Statler Chicken(pan-roasted chicken with house-made butternut squash ricotta cannelloni and sautéed spinach) — was very good, although the chicken was a bit dry but the tasty sauce made up for that. The cannelloni was delicious and perfectly cooked, not to mention filling. The spinach — well, it was good but there wasn’t a whole lot of it. I love spinach so I could have used more of that on the plate. Overall though — an A+. My family enjoyed their entrees as well — Sirloin Tips, Sage Pecan Salmon, Chicken Piccata, Spaghetti Squash Bolognese). The service was good although we did wait quite a while for entrees, but I’m pretty sure that wasn’t our waiter’s fault, and the second basket of bread helped hold us off. Would love to go back soon just to have that bread and salad again and try out some of their appetizers. Will have to start working on the hubby for that. It’s a bit on the pricey side for us, so I am gonna have to do some sweet-talking for sure. Overall, it was a wonderful treat for us. I’m glad my daughter introduced us to the place :)

The good here is consistently good. The scallops ate a personal favorite. The sauce makes me want to lick my plate. The cocktails and desserts are excellent too. Unfortunately, our experience with the waiters has been inconsistent. We seem to have either the friendliest or most unpleasant of waiters. We have three young children and the last couple of times, the waiter we have had acted annoyed to get our table before he even approached us, yes we locked out and had the same waiter twice in a row. This detractrd from our experience, especially when we noticed how differently he acted towards his other tables. While everyone enjiyed their food, it does make us think twice when we are thinking of somewhere to go as a family.

Being gluten free means most restaurants have a few options, and seeing one with a gluten free menu is always a plus. I went on a work lunch here and was super excited to see the robust options on the Gluten Free menu. Our server set down their«famous» bread and dip, and I was immediately super jealous of the delicious smell coming from the basket. The server noticed my menu was gluten free and immediately said she would bring over my own dip and some gluten free bread. I almost declined because I’m not a huge fan of the gluten free sponges most people call bread, but SOGLAD I DIDNOT. THEIRGLUTENFREEBREADISMAGICAL. O M G. I ate the ENTIRE basket myself, and then brought home a few bags of the bread for myself. First of all, it LOOKS and SMELLS like real bread. You break in to it? It’s fluffy like real bread. You taste it? ITTASTESLIKEREALBREAD. HOTDAMNITWASSOGOOD. If you’ve ever known the struggle of bread and gluten issues, you understand my excitement. If you don’t, consider yourself lucky. Everyone’s food looked fantastic, and from the clear plates, everyone loved it. I had an excellent sandwich, and it was fresh and a great looking plate. I was super excited to see this chain restaurant also happens to be near where I live, because that bread and I are now in a very serious relationship. Delicious food, fabulous service and an all around great experience. Also, lunch for 4 people was 60 bucks(total). CANNOT beat that price!

This is my and my fiancée favorite place to go. He loves the Caribbean buffalo chicken tenders app and I love the chicken enchiladas! We both love that everything if fresh and we can order such different foods for dinner at the same restaurant. He’s picky and I love trying new things. The jalapeño margarita is great! Can’t say enough great things about this place. And they have take out! Great prices too! Dinner without drinks for under $ 40 for two– great week night out together when we don’t feel like cooking. We’ve never waited for a table either.

The name is misleading. This place is nothing but average. The food is just mediocre, nothing special. We came during lunch and our fries were lukewarm and old. My husband’s sandwich was room temperature. Nothing to rave about here. The only reason we’d come back is the lack of restaurant choices in the area.

We were looking for a nice bar to have a cocktail. Walked into here and was excited to find 3 empty chairs. However, we sat down and the 3, yes 3, bartenders congregated at the other end and never acknowledged we sat down and after 10 min, still didn’t bother to take the dirty dishes in front of from the precious prep a away. We got up and left and went to Harvest. Don’t waste your time.

I went here for a family party on a Wednesday night, the place was pretty packed. The décor in the restaurant was pretty weird, it looked kind of like an pretend trendy upscale chain. Which I later found out that was pretty much what it is. The menu was weird too, a hodgepodge of different types of food. There was Mexican, Japanese, Vietnamese, Italian and Modern American. Usually when I go to a restaurant and they have that large of a menu I assume they use a lot of frozen food. For an appetizer we got the fried tuna sushi roll, it only tasted like rice and the sauce which was pretty sweet. I ordered the backyard burger and my wife got the Cranberry-Teriyaki Chicken with the cannelloni. I ordered the burger med and it came out over cooked and dry. There was zero seasoning on the burger and the fries weren’t crispy. The chicken dish was just weird. Teriyaki sauce with butternut squash cannelloni? The chicken was cooked ok, but the sauce was overly sweet and it was so over-powering that was pretty much all we could taste. There was no seasoning on the chicken either. The cannelloni with the butternut squash was bland too. The server was friendly and attentive. Overall just a weird restaurant and the food was bland. I have a gift card that I got for Christmas from here that I’m not sure what to do with now. I might go back on a weekend and see if the food is any better.

Food is always great and service is on point. I’ve had«Joe» as my server multiple times and he always goes out of his way to make sure myself and every member of my party feels right at home. He’s a class act and should be commended for his fantastic people skills.

The bread they bring out to start is delicious! Or rather, the garlic/oil dip is full of delicious flavor. The menu is full of interesting combinations. My meal was one of those(some take on grilled cheese, reccommended by the waiter), the the sandwich itself was very sweet and buttery. It was too much. I didn’t finish even half. The others in my party enjoyed their meal. I was a little surprised the server didn’t ask if I didn’t like it. He didn’t even offer a box. It also took quite a long time to bring us the check once we were finished. The apple cider sangria was good though! I’d go again, but try something else.

This place won’t disappoint. They take reservations and are good about seating you quickly. They have a bar area that has seating as well. They have a great menu and for those who need gluten-free, they have a full menu of items. I’ve been here four or five times and liked my food every time. Their carrot cake is delicious as well. Nice atmosphere and good place for families with little kids.

Haven’t had a bad meal yet, even takeout was great. Have sampled three of their salads — all were excellent! The bread is, of course, to die for. Had a few of the sandwiches and burgers so far… All were great. Only reason this doesn’t get 5 stars is the last time we were there, we had two $ 5 off coupons that say«joe doesn’t believe in exclusions, so there aren’t any“‘or something like that… However we tried to use them together and it wasn’t accepted. False advertising, Joe. Tried to update… Pizza is also amazing. Three cheese pistachio, oh my! And sangria selection on Sunday’s is great — most places have 1, maybe 2 flavors tops. Unique idea.

Food was pretty good. Came here for lunch with my mother. Had the warm almond-crusted goat cheese salad(side portion) and a french onion soup. The complimentary bread and oil/cheese/red pepper was decent. Mom had veggie burger. Big portion. Food took awhile to get to us, so had about 4 pieces of bread before it actually arrived. Service was friendly and great about refreshing drinks. Would definitely try it again for dinner.
