I’m a fan of Cosi, always have been. We found this location while we were out visiing friends in the area. This Cosi is new, large and clean. The staff was friendly and fast with the food ordering and bringing it out to your tables. The menu at Cosi has changed somewhat over the years. They used to have a sandwich called The Italiano. It had Italian meats and cheeses with a dressing and banana peppers on it. I discovered during this visit that they don’t have that sandwich anymore and they seemed to have revamped everything. I like the changes. They now offer different size sandwiches also. That delicious flatbread in various sizes for your dining pleasure. The sides are still the same with sandwiches, a bag of baby carrots or a bag of kettle cooked chips(which are yummy). I got the Buffalo Blue Chicken Sandwich on the flatbread. It’s exactly what you would think… chicken tossed in buffalo sauce with bleu cheese crumbles. It’s usually served with Romaine Lettuce, bu I opted out of that. The buffalo sauce was pretty mild compared to some places. I didn’t hate that. I thought the flavors were really good. The reason I gave them 3 stars was that the flatbread tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. It wasn’t that fresh at all. It was quickly becoming quite stale. They had the bread laying out when you’re ordering, and that might be fine when it’s a busy time of the day like lunch or dinner time, but we went in there at about 7:30 so the peak hours were over. There were only a few people besides us inside. Maybe after the busy hours, they should cover the bread to keep it fresher. It kind of put a damper on the sandwich. But, because of the location, cleanliness and friendly staff, I’d go back when I’m in the area again.

If you look through my reviews, you can deduce that I am a fan of Cosi. I have been to a number of them. That said, this Cosi is more spacious and clean than the others I have visited. It’s located in the busy Concordville Town Centre, which has lots of businesses, so this is a convenient place to stop for a quick bite to eat while you are getting things done. My only knock is that this place seems a little slower on the service side. You usually have to take a number and go sit at a table; that hasn’t been protocol at other Cosi businesses. It’s not that this set-up is inherently bad; it’s just that I’ve noticed that I wait here longer than I do at other branches. As a side note, which I think speaks positively of the customer service here, I lost a key in or around this store and called to ask if anyone had turned it in, and the employee on the phone was courteous, took my number, and told me that the store would return my call if anything turned up. I appreciated that. I’m a fan.

We didn’t even eat here, wouldn’t even if I was paid. Boyfriend and I got California Tortilla and were using Cosi’s benches and then the manager rudely yelled at us to stop using their benches. unacceptable

Crusty hard bread :-(so disappointed because it’s not consistent with the other cosi’s that I’ve been to. Other than that, it is a very clean place.

A lovely chain-meal-expereince. The service was fine. the food was fine… I got the ½ TBM melt and a lentil soup. I was surprised to learn that the lentil soup had all sorts of curry in it. Moroccan lentil soup or something? I loved it… but my boyfriend almost got lentil soup too and he’s not so much a curry fan… bottom line– Cosi is always fine for a quick, tasty bite.

Received the worst service I’ve gotten in a long time. Employees were puttering around completely ignoring the line of customers(including myself) that was quickly growing, and when I said«hey!» to a girl to get her attention, she completely ignored me and spoke to another customer that had approached– maybe for a refill? Either way, I left. I felt like I was a bother and that I was inconveniencing the girl by waiting ten minutes more in that line than I would have had to if they had been freaking paying attention.

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and coffee on drive back to Philadelphia. Better then most fast food breakfast. Clean, nice spot on the road. Coffee was great.

Average at best. The club sandwich is ok, the dried out baby carrots in a little plastic bag for kids is a negative.

Cosi seems like a nice enough place. It was very clean and service was prompt and friendly. 3 stars because I’ve never really enjoyed the food here. The lemonade mojito is pretty tasty, but all the sandwiches I’ve had are very salty and otherwise kinda tasteless. The food is inexpensive, but if I go here again I’ll probably pick a salad over a sandwich.

Sorry — but I loathe Cosi. Yes, it’s clean and comfortable to sit here — but the food and that bread are just awful. The bread turns to rock after about 90 minutes of exposure to air, and after I eat it my stomach is truly upset. Service is teen-age«meh» here. 4 stars for cleanliness and big comfy chairs. Zero stars for awful food. A waste of $ 8.00.

The food in this Cosi is very good-but take it to go. More than once the place is filled with kids running around while parents ignore them. Poor acoustics make it worse. Don’t plan to have a relaxing meal or productive meeting.

One point of clarification before I begin: I’m not saying this is a four star restaurant — I’m saying this is a four star Cosi! This Cosi has a lot of seating. Much more than I’ve seen in the city. It’s also very clean(even the bathrooms). The raspberry mojito lemonade I had was delicious, and the salad came out exactly as described. This particular Cosi makes you forget it’s a chain. Nice choice for lunch!

As always, I am a Cosi person so love their food. They gave out lots of free, delicious bread samples that made my day. Healthy lunch/dinner option.

A Cosi is a Cosi… and a BTM is a BTM. BUT– please do not give me tomatoes that are cut poorly(and the stem part not cut out.) Otherwise, carry on with making delish chain food. TAKEHEED: during the week this joint gets pretty busy during lunch time– in busy little business park/shopping center. Not tooooo bad but not the place to stop it you’re in a rush.
