They use the word«ices» in the name for a reason, stay away from the ice cream!!! but the ices & crème ices on the other hand are amazing! I had every flavor & every flavor is great, no complaints at all. You will not be let down. I just wish they had somewhere to sit down to enjoy the goodness.

Pretty good service for a busy night. The workers were pleasant when they took our orders. I’d imagine that they would be slightly agitated with the long line but they were still cheery. I got the birthday cake crème ice and it really hit the spot. So many flavors to choose from! The line moves quickly since the workers were able to take care of the orders fast. I feel like there’s always going to be a line since its summer now but it’s worth the wait!

Love Ralph’s ! So many options to choose from but I always get cookies and cream. Gets busy in the summer with long lines but worth the wait.

I’m so crazy about Ralph’s. Besides the fact that there’s over 30 flavors. If ur in the Queens — Long Island I pretty sure there’s a Ralph’s near by. I’ve always Unilocal’d to find one close by and Eureka! Flavorful and not overly sweet. The option of water ices and cream ices is a bonus. I’m visiting Ralph’s at least 3 — 4 times a week.

I was so excited for this place to finally open up once the warmer NYC weather hit. It opened up this past March and I knew my first iced treat of the season had to come from this place. The large variety of flavors, the quirk of it being a small shop on the side of the road making it feel like a mom-and-pop store, and the wonderful icy texture of the treat I can only find at Ralph’s keeps me coming back. They have a little 3 car parking lot off to the side if you’re driving by but it’s also near a lot of residential houses so parking isn’t a hassle. I love taking home a pint or quart whenever I can, so it’s great that I have that option. My favorite flavors have to be of the chocolate family: chocolate brownie, java chip, and chocolate marshmallow. If I’m feeling a more fruity vibe I always go for their mango, pineapple, and coconut flavors! Some fruity flavors have fresh fruit in them which is great! All in all, never change Ralph’s!

I know that all of the Ralph’s are pretty much the same on Long Island, but I think this is my favorite one. They have an extensive list of flavors(more selections then most Ralph’s), they’re clean, friendly, and fast… Especially when there’s a long line on a hot summer day!

This is a great place for ices! They have such a vast selection of delicious flavors. Love that you get to sample as well. They also have real ice cream and that tastes rich and homemade! I love their strawberry and cake batter ice cream. Those are heavenly. Like that you can also order a tub of ice or ice cream to store in your freezer if you like.
Don’t let the large line shoo you away because it usually moves fast. Nice place to come to for a quick cool down in the Summer. Awesome for an after school treat for the kids. The people behind the counter might get upset if you ask for a shake since that is more steps on their part. I took off a star because I noticed the annoyance in one of the servers when my husband requested a shake. Usually they are very polite though.

Cannot lie, some of the best Italian ices EXCLUDING Lemon Ice King of Corona which, of course, cannot be beat. I really do enjoy Ralph’s though. Such a wide selection of flavors, their cannoli is always delicious. I got the red velvet and rainbow cookie yesterday and they were delicious! I don’t think it is the least expensive of places but definitely worth it

One of my favorite Ralph’s locations! If you’re from Long Island or the surrounding area, Ralph’s Italian Ices are more than likely a staple of your summer. Like every other location, the variety of crème and water ices are overwhelming. There’s literally something for everyone. I find it best to go with my usual graham cracker/mudslide combo or else I’d be standing there for hours trying to decide which flavor I want. They also have ice cream, shakes, and other things that you’d expect. The staff is young, friendly, and always on their A-game. The owner is quite pleasant as well. Another thing to note — this location can get REALLY busy at times — the line can go down the block but that’s just an indication of their immense popularity. Pro tip — always tell them you want your ices without the cover, you get more that way!

Ralphs how can you go wrong here! Hardest decision is choosing a flavor then do decide lid or no lid! I always choose no lid because well i feel you get more italian ice that way. They always have a young staff working so they are quick with getting orders around. Wish they had a table or chair but its more like a pitt stop! Lines get busy after dinner But dont worrh it moves quick

Note that this rating/review is solely based on the two flavors I tried — red velvet & rainbow cookie. The red velvet tastes nothing like red velvet. I picked out the bits of cake and didn’t bother with the rest of it. The rainbow cookie tastes kind of fruity and not as good as the actual rainbow cookie. I also picked out the bits of cookie and didn’t really eat much of the ice cream either. It’s two scoops(mixing flavors allowed) for 3.50 so I thought it was a fair price. Also it’s an extra 25cents if you use a card to pay for anything under 20 $. It gets really busy post-dinner time — expect a long line. I live like two blocks from here so it’s convenient but the other ice cream/gelato places in the city(amorino, fresco, etc) hit the spot much better.

I’ve never been to this location before and was a happy to discover it. Ralph’s coconut crème ice is so decadent and delicious, that it has become something I crave every summer. As with most Ralph’s franchises, this spot is staffed by young girls who don’t always give the most friendly or attentive service. And there is usually a long line to wait in. But the ices are worth it!

Want something refreshing? Go here. I really can’t complain about anything. Everything I’ve tried tastes really good. From ices to ice cream. You can’t go wrong. It’s perfect for a walk-and-talk date or just a nice little snack.

This location has been around for a little while and is good for a stop if you are in the Area. Avoid if you see a large congregation of teens here. just sayin On street parking only. Get the vanilla chip.

Variety of different ices(Crème and water based). I always get the birthday cake ices or the cake shake Artic shake with extra sprinkles. Other flavors that are good include the snickers, margarita, pumpkin, cookie dough, cookies and crème… Amazing service at every location and they let you taste as much flavors as you want! how can you bet that?! Enjoy :)

For some reason, the customers never seem to be able to form a proper like. The punks working there are usually rude and a lot of them appear to care less about being there. However, the cake shake is one of the best things on the menu and some good flavors are banana, canoli, cookie dough, pistachio

We all know that Ralph’s is a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth. However, I have many issues with the service. The pure ignorance from the blonde who bypassed me standing smack dead in front of her to proceed to take the man’s order that was standing behind me off to the side. Huh? You’re not serious Becky, right? I was truly amazed at her stupidity and sheer ignorance. Of course I’m next but what made her really think it was ok to do what she did. I played the scenario back in my head & thought maybe she’s blind or really thought I wasn’t next. I played it back twice before I came to the conclusion she’s a dummy. Plain & quite simple. She saw me, didn’t care & I in return didn’t care that she was reprimanded like a child(which she is). Once I gave her my order she managed to screw it up. How hard is it to remember that I want a cover for my medium Toffee Bar Crunch & Cookie Dough Crème Ice? Service is the NÚMEROUNO(#1) factor when I go somewhere then the food follows. Beware of Becky!!!

Very disappointed with one of our first visits of the season. Two problems with this visit: 1. My daughter got the tiramisu ices. Usually, a great ice. She complained they tasted like bananas. Thinking she was going bananas, I tried it and had to agree. There was definitely a banana taste to her ices. 2. I ordered the chocolate chip cheesecake ices. To me, this is a vanilla ice with chocolate chips and cheesecake pieces(or a cheesecake ice). But nooooo, what came was a chocolate ice with chocolate chips and cheesecake pieces. That would be chocolate chocolate chip cheesecake! I got snookered into a poor description. I’m sure we’ll go back, but we will be much more careful of what we order.
