Chef Kasey brings a fabulous experience into your home. Several weeks ago I wanted a special night for the girls and chef Kasey didn’t disappoint, she brought the flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean into our home. She shared her expertise, giving us a window intro unique tastes of the region, teaching and modeling evey detail from the roasting of our own spices to the care of proper technique. Chef Kasey adapts herself brilliantly to the mood of the crowd, being flexible with both instruction and pace. If you are looking for a personalized, intimate culinary experience, you can’t miss.

I recently attended a last minute event in the northern suburbs that was catered by Kasey. She is a very talented chef, a generous hostess, and an excellent teacher as well. It was quite amazing to see Kasey in action as she created a feast before our eyes. She talked us through the process and history of each dish as made her way through the kitchen, preparing multiple dishes at a time. I would highly recommend Kasey for any event, but in particular if you are looking for somebody that can interact with your guests and deliver more then just a meal.

When Kasey moved to Chicago, San Francisco lost a true talent. But our loss is your gain! I had the pleasure of taking a few of Kasey’s cooking classes when she was working at Cellar 360 in SF, and I was so happy I did. She is always on the lookout for new and interesting ingredients, recipes, and ways of preparing food. She is also very knowledgeable when it comes to wine pairing, which is very important. Best of all, she is friendly, energetic, and passionate about what she does. You don’t need to look any further… book Kasey today! You’ll be glad you did!
