The owner, Ann, is the most horrible person I have ever encountered. I have never been so disrespected by small business like I was here. I went in to look for new frames and I receive no attention and when I did finally get some it was very rude. Very upsetting.

Marcus Opticians in Glencoe is another example of why we should all shop local.
Choosing glasses is not always easy and they can be expensive.
Ann, the owner, is the best I have found (and I have been wearing glasses since 4th grade) at helping choose at frame suits a face (and its personality) the best.
