Ellyn Crossing

Update — slipping and falling on the ice-​covered steps outside our apartment at 6 months pregnant is NOT going to help their case. Since they keep changing hours, my husband couldn’t let them know I had to go to the doctor to check on the baby cause they’re closed. They’ll be getting an interesting call tomorrow.

I have been a resident of Ellyn Crossing since 2010. I have lived in both the one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. I am very pleased with the changes Rockwell Partners has made, including the name change of the complex to Ellyn Crossing. The upgrades to the apartments are great including the wood laminate floors, the updated kitchen, and the new paint color on the walls. I love the fact that the doors are secured to the building, there is premier parking (which is great for the winter)! I am excited too about the new dog area in the works. I also love the fact that Rockwell is so interactive with the tenants in terms of raffles and giveaways! I have already been a winner! The staff is pleasant and respectful, timely with maintenance requests, and just great to work with!
I couldn’t be more pleased with the new management and the positive changes to my home. I have been here under both managements and can tell you I am so glad Rockwell Partners came before I moved. The changes have been great and are only going to continue we have heard. The complex is a large community. I am respectful with all of my neighbors and they are with me. Issues here are minimal and are your little things handled with both care and quickness. Ellyn Crossing has made the old tales of Stonegate a thing of the past now. Great job to the staff, maintenance crew, and all of Rockwell Partners.

I moved in just a few months ago and everything has been great. I love living here. I love being so close to my daughter’s school. There are many restaurants and shopping centers in the area. It has turned out to be a great place for my daughter and I to call home.
