McDonald’s

I come here every day on my lunch brake to eat and use the wifi but today and yesterday its not working I complained to the manager and she has no clue on how wifi or connecting to a wifi network works. She told me to open up a website and click connect. Then when I demonstrated to her and a bunch of other employees just looking at me, she told me she didnt know what to tell me, she turn around and left, she just left me there standing like a moron, she could have apologized. I went to sit down and eat my meal, i was so mad i didnt even enjoyed my food. So i wrote this review. They’re always so slow too because they’re always talking or on their phone, most are highschoolers.

The ONLY reason they’re getting ONE star is because I can’t rate them NO stars! Horrible service!!! Even for a McDonalds! 15 years and nothing has changed! Although, tonight I got the window slammed in my face simply for attempting to pay with a credit card (no words were spoken by me). She had my food in hand and yelled «I already told you»! (She didn’t). Needless to say, I got my food for my overnight drive somewhere else… But, I left feeling as if I was in the twilight zone! WTF?! WOW! 15 years going there… Always cold food and crappy service. I’m done!

The employees working the front counter are definitely not in a hurry to get things done. I’ve found this the norm all times of day: dinner time, midnight. doesn’t matter.
Tonight while 3 other employees were checking/​bagging drive-​thru orders for the massive line (I walked inside to avoid it), the 30-​something year old guy who took my McFlurry order just stood there socializing with customers. Busy bagger girls had to ask him to do my McFlurry, which took all of 30 seconds to (1) fill ice cream (2) add pre-​crushed Oreos (3) mix (4) hand it to me.
Gahh.

Let me start by saying the only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars is because there is one wonderful older woman with glasses that is usually there working every single time I come there. (i dont come often but when i do its Normally Saturdays early) anytime I place an order with this woman (wish I knew her name!) my order is perfect and correct. Any other time I go to this McDonalds and she is not there my order is incorrect. As a matter of fact the last two times I was at this McDonalds I got someone else’s order! If I could rate only this nice lady at the drive thru window then I would give her 5 star, or more! but because I have to include the rest of the staff who always screw up my order, I’m only going to give it three. (even though I’d like to give the restaurant only 1)
So id like to say thank you to the sweet and friendly lady at the drive thru window. HER customer service skills and welcoming personality belong in a five star restaurant.

So McDonalds makes all kinds of money but they’re too cheap to fill up your ice cream all the way.
Also nits interesting when the person who takes your order and is filling up your ice cream and ask another employee to take the next order. Her response was «naw, I been taking orders all day». Don’t know her name but she was black (not that should mean anything, but sometimes it adds to certain stereotypes). Smh
Oh and there was poop on the toilet seat.

I like my apple pies hot and my service quick. This location gets it right time after time.
For fear of losing my Elite card, I refuse to admit the actual number of times I crave a processed burger, salty fries or an apple pie in a box. But trust me when I say that if you do eat this type of fast food, this location is better than what most of the reviews suggest.

this restaurant has the worst customer service EVER. the place is filthy and the staff are rude. after messing up my orders and with the attitudes, i never went back.

I agree with other reviews, if I could rate this location a BIG FAT ZERO I would! I had a horrible experience at this location a few years ago when I ordered a cheeseburger and only received a bun with a cold slice of cheese & no meat! Well I thought I’d give it another chance tonight, was I mistaken. The employees dont know the menu, they’re rude & they charge for for the wrong items & act like your being an inconvenience. Plus, I paid $ 3.99 for a southern style chicken sandwich and I should’ve just ordered the chicken sandwich from the value menu because they are the exact same sandwich. I will never ever give this location another chance.

If I could give them no stars I would! Worse service ever!!! I go through the drive thru, I get its it’s 1am it’s late. I say can I get a sweet tea and a pie… The lady gave me attitude like really I want to order something… She said there is no pies. I said I would wait for her to make one. She said it would take over ten mins to put it in the oven and wasn’t going to do it. Oh did I get upset I took my tea and left. Then the manager there starts laughing at me for not getting my pie… Seriously.

It’s always packed, but why wouldn’t you go to El Famous Burrito or Portillo’s if you’re looking for a calorie laded carbohydrate bomb?!

Sandwiches were cold, fries were overdone and cold, and God help you if you don’t speak Spanish. We will be avoiding this McDonald’s in he future.

First, let me say I’m not a McDonald’s hater. That being said, when you bite into a hamburger, feel something you definitely shouldn’t, then pull a ¾″ long piece of wood three times as thick as a toothpick, trust me it will put you off.
I asked for the manager, showed her the large, splinter and her response was «We don’t even have any wood back in the kitchen.» I explained that «it wasn’t just hanging around in my mouth.» She asked me if I’d like another burger and I said no, just my money back please, which she gave me.
My ex-​wife and daughter had ordered ice cream. When I came back to them and related what the manager had told me about not having wood in their kitchen, my ex-​wife said that it was probably already in the pre-​made beef patty. There’s another scary thought.
At any rate, I laughed it off saying that I needed more fiber in my diet, or, next time I’ll ask them to hold the wood chips, etc. But seriously, that really curbed my appetite and I won’t be eating McDonald’s anytime for quite a while.

I said no cheese. The receipt said no cheese. The special order receipt attached to the wrapper on my burger said no cheese, SO WHY WAS THERE FRICKEN CHEESE ON MY G.D. BURGER??? If you idiots care about being employed, do your job right. I should know better than to be a fat loser who eats there, but if I choose to slowly kill myself by eating this disgusting food, I want it to at least be made correctly. I have yet to have my order made correctly, whether it be no cheese, or diet coke instead of regular, or bacon egg and cheese and not SAUSAGE. I hate you. See you tomorrow.

This goes for all locations… The only thing good here is breakfast. Atleast the lunch menu still beats burger king!

This particular McDonald’s is awesome. Their fries are always great, they get the order right 99% of the time, everything’s always nice and hot, and the service is nice and quick. There are some others in the area but I’m never disappointed with this one.

For what it’s worth, this McDonald’s turns into something of a social hub for families in the summer. People come in to use the free wireless (the inside of the restaurant is open until 11 p.m.), and families are always eating ice cream while sitting in the outdoor section.
This place is predictably PACKED during the lunch hour, but their drive-​through system works like clockwork.
Overall this McDonald’s is fast-​running, clean, safe and social — about as good as a McDonald’s can get.
