Horrible! Fixed nothing and when we asked them to come back and fix it they actually told me to «f u». Use this company only if you want to be screwed out of money.

Forget it. Do. Not. Use. Long story short, they charged me to fix something that obviously could not be fixed. Later, when I called back to discuss a refund, I was screamed at by the guy answering the phone. When I told him to not yell at me, he hung up on me. They’ve already cashed the check. I’m not calling back to get yelled at, but I might take them to small claims court. We’ll see.

This company also fixed my dryer — $ 270 to put in a «rebuild kit» on the burner valve that took about 10 minutes, and $ 100 to spend 10 minutes blowing out the vent line(which wasn’t clogged as it turned out). On time, work was OK, but outrageously expensive.

This company was on time and fixed my dryer. However, the serviceman wanted to charge me $ 175 to fix the dryer door clip. He said its going to be 175 if I can fix it or I’ll have to order the part. I said ok. He pops of the clip and gets another clip off of my dryer door which obviously was a spare. Then replaces it and closes the door. Its fixed. I said«you are not going to charge me $ 175 for that are you» This serviceman knew exactly what he was doing. I said«I need to call your manager» He said«you don’t need to, I’ll make it lower. O boy $ 125 What a rip off. I have called AAA and waiting for them to call back. FYI, Nationwide appliance service is doing business as AAA
