Baskin Robbins 31 Ice Cream Stores

This is the cleanest and largest 32 Flavors that I have ever been in! On top of that the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great Job!!!

Loveeee their ice cream the girl working here on the other hand could really use a bit of smiling. For crying out loud you work at a ice cream shop you’re supposed to smile and be cheery. There was none of that from here thus the –2 stars.

Love the ice cream, great tasters to be sure. Not an overwhelming menu, but good staples that don’t change. Love the Vegan options as well, equally as tasty! Could use more outside seating in the summertime.

I have been going to this B&R since the day it opened 35+ years ago. It is not as good as it used to be, but what is? I can’t believe it’s $ 4.50 for two little scoops and a topping (sundae). Wish I had gone to the market and just bought a half gal of something else. But I wanted frozen hard mint chip. Unfortunately it was training day and there were 15 servers and 2 customers. Took forever to get my MELTED mint chip that had been scraped from the bottom of and old tub and put on top of a new one to melt. SO disappointed. Won’t be back soon.

Love this Baskin Robbins! Conveniently located across Ralphs… Always smells like fresh waffles are being made when I walk in. Service is quick and extremely friendly. Delicious!

Been coming here since I was a kid as it was right down my street with a 10 minute walk. I moved and I’m still within walking distance from this location. Incredible service since I was a child. Exceptional ice cream, my favorite chocolate chip shake is always made as thick as possible (doesn’t taste like just milk, which I’ve been asking for for years!)
Prices reasonable, AND we’ve been ordering birthday cakes for years as well. I for one especially LOVE their birthday crunch cakes which aren’t even filled with any cake at all. You have a layer of chocolate ice cream on the bottom, crushed chocolate crunch cookie crumbs on top, fudge on top of the crunch, and vanilla ice cream on top of all of it in cake form. Different sizes can be order for special occasions with different designs and more.
If you have a sweet tooth, come to this location. It definitely is never that busy. Could be on weekends though, on hot days. Patio seating with their signature blue and pink tables available too. Love it here! Amazing part of my childhood.

Went there with my girl and it was almost 10 i asked them what time they close and they said 10 with a big SMILE!(no attitude) This nice girl did our order (didn’t had name tag), it took us a little bit more than 10pm but they didn’t complain! I don’t go there often but will offer everyone. They have the cleanest location! Ice Creams are all fresh and cakes are the cutest!

I’ve been going to this Baskin Robbins since waaay back when I was in HS. My former co-​worker of 15 years knows the owners. They are relatives of her husband so I try to support the place now and again. You cant go wrong with BR and this location is very convenient for me as I sometimes do my grocery shopping across the way at Ralph’s.
I love the very berry strawberry and the ever popular jamocha almond fudge. Cant go wrong with any of those two flavors… I went in the other day to get my dad an ice cream cake for his birthday. My dad loves the BR ice cream cakes and I had a familar one in mind. It was the log looking ones that are chocolate on the outside and vanilla ice cream on the inside. I found the perfect one having vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips as the center. I was browsing the freezer section where all the cakes are and a nice tall girl asked if I needed help and I told her I was still looking. She said to let her know if I needed help with anything… I couldnt make up my mind and she came back again after a few minutes to see if she could be of service and I asked if the cakes behind were all the same. She told me it varied in ice cream centers but were similar in styles and shapes. That’s when I found the chocolate log with the chocolate chip ice cream center. Score! She even wrote Happy Birthday on it… White lettering woulda been nice but they were all out. We went with red writing, per her suggestion, as it least matched the cherries on top of the cake.
My dad loved his birthday ice cream cake. We indulged in its deliciousness that night and the next. Im glad this BR is still around after all these years and that they have friendly, helpful employees that show great customer service. I shall return…

So this Baskin Robbins gets 4 stars mainly due to the service. The cake maker is always very helpful and you get exactly what you pay for. The parking is limited, but hasn’t been a problem so far. This location is always clean and carries great flavors. My favorite is World Class Chocolate, Cherries Jubilee, and Wild n Reckless. I do think there is better ice cream out there than Baskin Robbins however especially priced better. BR has become so expensive, for a kids scoop I think it is crazy to pay over 3 bucks!

My only complaint are the constant handprints from small children on the windows. Those need to be cleaned off AS SOON as possible ;)

Me and the fam-​bam like this place because it is close to the house and it actually has «mini» sized drinks. the mini drinks are perfect for our 7 and 4 year olds. It gives them the right amount of sugar without driving us crazy! Capt. Chaos loved it. ha

It’s Baskin Robbin’s…they are all the same. Our favorites are the cappuccino blast, mint chocolate chip, butter pecan, and banana royal. Yay for consistency.

LOCATION: Across from Ralphs. It’s not a hip place to get ice cream — it’s more of a I’m at Ralphs doing my grocery shopping so let me stop by and get ice cream to reward myself. A lot of car traffic in that corner.
MISSISSIPPI MUD: Chocolately fudgy yummy ice cream. First time trying it and I loved it!

Two mishaps happened customer-​service wise when I visited today and was the only customer. Also I watched one employee drop a waffle on the floor (she was making a waffle cone) and obviously you can never know, but I definitely got the feeling that if I hadn’t have been gawking at her, she would have picked it up off the floor and used it!

This review is based on the ineptitude of the employees in building a decent sized $ 6 sundae.
I walk across the street, because I’m craving a Banana Royale sundae with strawberry and jamoca ice cream, hot fudge, no nuts.
For as much as I paid, I expected my ice cream and whipped cream to stay in tact from the time it took me to pay, walk out the door, and return to my abode.
INSTEAD? Ice cream scoops almost less than half the size than usual which almost completely melted from the tiny drizzle of hot fudge, and liquidated whipped cream.
I guess I should be grateful the girl was lazy, and horrible at creating a decent sized scoop because she saved my ass a few hundred calories, BUT I paid for it and don’t like being ripped off!
Now I’m going to Ralph’s for single sized Haagen Dazs portions to enjoy with my own toppings.

I used to get many free samples of Baskin Robbins ice cream back when I worked at an on campus coffee shop that sold Baskin Robbins products. After some years of not working there, I miss it, so I have to pay full price for expensive, yet very tasty ice creams. I have grew up on some baskin robbins, such as all those birthday parties that I’ve been to and such, and all their cakes have been wonderful.
The staff at this location is very friendly. Whenever I come in for a scoop, there was no trouble. When I went to buy a cake for the boyfriend’s birthday, the staff was eager to help, and the guy even wrote on the cake right in front of me. Sure, the ice creams and cakes are pricey, but it is still cheaper than Coldstones and some other fancy ice cream shops.
I love rainbow sherbet, world class chocolate (funny, cause I usually don’t like chocolate ice creams that much), cherries jubilee, pralines and crème, LOVE POTION 31!!!, and a whole bunch of other flavors.
Oh yeah, be sure to come in for 31 cent scoop night whenever they have it. :D

I live in Burbank and I drive past two baskin robbins to go to this one. They have the best well trained staff there and they are always friendly and their ice cream tastes great. I like to eat out on the patio when it is a hot day and enjoy the fresh air. If you are in the area go to this baskin robbins… for sure…
