Baskin Robbins

My local Baskin Robbins so I usually come here if I’m ever craving ice cream. Customer service is always friendly and there is plenty of parking. Not much else to say other than it’s a solid ice cream joint!

I enjoy the variety of ice cream flavors they offer and try something different each time. All the varieties with chocolate are terribly delicious, and from the rest the coconut is an all time favorite. Their ice-​cream cakes assortment is great and very suitable for summer celebrations. The employees are always kind.

Baskin Robbins is still my Ice Cream Go To place. Always friendly and their receipts have great deals on the back to use when you come back. Pecan Praline is my favorite with chocolate fudge.

They are always very helpful, and do a great job. I love this place. Great for grabbing a scoop of icecream or order an ice cream cake for an event. All the workers are really nice and helpful. Once they mixed up my order, and they actually made a brand new cake in 2 hours to correct that mistake-​which was really nice of them. They are top notch, clean, and have great customer service.

Came here yesterday to get an oreo ice cream cake for my niece’s birthday. Place is clean and well stocked. Staff is friendly and very efficient. We were assisted by Alexa and Tina who were absolutely delightful and very accommodating to our needs. They made sure we left the place with smiles on our faces. The cake was very beautifully decorated and just delicious! It truly made the birthday girl very happy!

For years since I was a little girl I have fallen in love with their Jamocha Almond fudge. It was my mothers ultimate favorite flavor as well. The bits of fudge ribbons & almonds all through the delicious coffee flavored ice cream is incomparable to any other coffee ice cream I have had not to mention the textures. I also love their season baseball nut. Has swirls of raspberry & cashew nuts inside so damn good. Their original vanilla paired with some artisan root beer I buy is one whole dessert treat in itself.

31 Flavors has been in this mall area since I was a kid. It’s gone through many changes in my 40+ years but the one thing that hasn’t changed is the great ice cream.
Service has ALWAYS been friendly and helpful. When the new workers are kind.
I love it here. My favorite for years. Double scoop Jamoca and Choc Fudge in a cup.

Love me some Baskin Robbins Ice Cream. Always quality ice cream no matter what store you go to.

Single scoop in a sugar cone for under 3 dollars is quite a good way to satisfy that ice cream craving! Lots of flavors to choose from, but don’t expect anything mind-​blowing in this franchise Ice cream joint.
Parking is limited, but I always find a spot and it’s free.

The Ice Cream get a ten !!! Favorite flavors are Cherry jubilee and Jamoca in a cup.
Service is a 5 out of ten. They have to many young people working their. They need to learn to listen to what customers order and take their time at the order. I shouldnt have to repeat myself 2 or 3 times to get my order right. There is only 31 flavors

This place is like any other Baskin Robbins.
Nothing particularly different or special about this Baskin Robbins.
Baskin Robbins always taste good though!

2^nd favorite Basking Robins, other then the one by Alameda in Burbank that’s a drive through, this one just feels homie to me i don’t know maybe because i always used to go here as a child since i lived about 2 blocks away or maybe because all of my friends ended up working here some time in high school or what not, anyways they always got friendly people working but once my friends said don’t eat this crap man you don’t know what its made of or how we make it… that got me worrying so Ive layed back a lot! just a not for u take it or leave it!

The review is based on experiences I had here about 2 years ago. They could be better now.
I’ve only had bad experiences at this location even though I’ve been going for a long time. The people who work here are always rude and not happy with life. There is an older man who has worked here for years and he never looks happy. They are ridiculously skimpy on the scoops and I’m never satisfied with it. One time, I had to say something and told him that the scoop was too small. He just looked at me and that was that. I’ve decided to never go here again and rather drive to another ice cream shop.
So, I go to Baskin Robbins on Pacific, Rosegreen and Brand, or even drive to Montrose and try Yolicious, but this place… it’s just plain BAD.

It seems that the store has new workers here who are a lot more tolerable. This makes my experience a much better one. No matter what t he service, they always have great ice cream.
