I was served by Art, he was excellent. Quick and efficient. My food was fresh and very good quality. I came in 20 minutes before 10:00 pm on a Monday night with a pretty big order, and they still had everything available. This will be my new subway. Keep up the good work!

I am seriously concerned about this place. The food served here makes me unbelievably ill. I eat subway once and awhile and my orders are fairly simple: turkey with some tomato and spinach, maybe some feta cheese and jalapeño if I’m feeling it. It’s not a crazy sandwich, so what’s the deal? My only guess is that they aren’t following proper health regulations, which makes me want to vomit by just thinking about it. Honestly, don’t go here. I’m not sure if this happens to other people who eat at this subway, but don’t risk it.

Service is fast, ingredients are fresh. Prices been getting higher. $ 9.00 for footloose combo. Very decent location. Always parking available.

I love the fact that it’s walking distance from my work. It’s usually not to busy. I gave it 3 stars because the service and the way my sandwich is made always varies. Only a few times have I been disappointed with the service. A couple of times I’ve come in and as I’m having my sandwich made the workers decide to ignore me and continue to hold a conversation in Spanish.

Service and quality of sandwich will consistently vary per employee. Now that I am aware of that, I pay close attention to how the sandwich is made, if the employee is not embarrassed by the quality of the sandwich they are making, I’m simply not embarrassed to ask for more of this, more of that, I don’t really care who rolls their eyes at me. The location is modern and dining room looks pretty clean, that deserves a star, total of 3 stars.

Best subway in the LA area! We love to stop here before our softball games at the Glendale Sports Complex. The staff is very friendly and fast!

Had a tuna from here with some chips and ice tea on a wheat roll with everything in it and it was okay for a substitute fast food meal. It beats going through a drive through and it is a lot healthier for you i just didn’t care for the service at this location.

Put simply… this location sucks. I came in for a kids meal for my daughter and a 6 inch for myself. Simple! I ordered a sandwich for my daughter and requested that it be toasted to melt the cheese. After placing the sandwich in the microwave(or whatever) the girl behind the counter grabbed a try of unbaked bread and started preparing it with jalapeños. I wasn’t finished with my order and I wasn’t the only person in line. Is this really the most appropriate time? Are you too busy to bother with completing my order?! When my daughters sandwich was done she told her coworker to do the toppings. I had to tell that worker twice that I hadn’t completed my order. I gave the rest of my order to the topping guy, he walked around the rude little bread maker and made my sandwich. Another girl helped us out at the checkout. She informed me that they were out of apples for the kids meal so I would have to get a cookie instead. I asked her if there was another option… my 2 year old doesn’t need a cookie. She told me that a cookie was my only option. I declined the cookie. You would think that they would be willing to make a substitution when THEY run out of an item. So, I paid for my sandwich and kids meal that wasn’t a meal. I went to the cooler to get my daughters drink and they were also out of apple juice. Give. Me. A. Break. Rather than continue to deal with poor teenage service further, I chose to leave. I basically paid the kids meal price for a three inch ham and olive sandwich. I unwrapped my sandwich at home to find that I was basically given a fat piece of bread with a few things inside. I had my daughter and was too distracted with the poor service to realize that I was also being given a piss poor sandwich. $ 12 for 3 inch ham and olive and 6 inches of bread. Worst subway experience and sandwich I have ever had!

I’ve only been here three times. I have no complaints about the service from the employees, but the bread they’ve served me every time has been stale and, quite frankly, a little disgusting. I don’t normally mind eating my sandwiches like salads, but not when it’s the only way to avoid throwing out the entire meal.

juliana did a nice job of assembling my sandwich, with proportionate toppings and avoiding the greener tomatoes. katherine the manager rang me up and completely ignored my 40% tip into an empty tip jar. sad for the crew who has to work for her.

Let me start off by saying that this review is based on multiple visits to this Subway store. It is not a childish rant based on one bad experience. I frequent this particular Subway store because I get relatively healthy choices for not a lot of money and it is by far the closest to my house. That being said, if it wasn’t the default Subway based on proximity, I’d go elsewhere. The sandwiches here are consistently the worst quality that I’ll get at any Subway location I visit. Even during slow hours, I get my sandwich ingredients tossed into the roll haphazardly. The ingredients that happen to make it into the sandwich are consistently low on portions too. Recently I asked for a little more onion and bell pepper because there were literally 3 – 4 little pieces in my foot long. The sandwich maker throws in 2 more pieces of each and sarcastically asks me, «anything else?»

Subway is the worst place ever, they are nothing more than a lettuce sandwich! They never look like what they advertise. What happen to Crispy Deli? They knew how to make a sandwich !!!

Love the service at this Subway. I tell them to create a great sandwich for me on their own terms and they love the creative freedom! I’ve had the best sandwiches made due to that creative freedom.
