The bread here is hit or miss, sometimes stale, sometimes fresh. I like their tuna. Today was a rainy day and they did not want to honor their rainy day special. It wasn’t raining exactly when I was there but it had poured in the morning and it’s gonna rain this afternoon. It’s wet outside! I heard others also asking about the special and them saying no… why even have that deal.

The employee named«Natalie» was very rude to me and my friend I came in with. We were in a good mood until we had her charge us. She rushed us to pay even though there was no one else in the store. She had a major attitude problem and couldn’t even crack a smile. Once we sat down she went on her break and sat right next to us. She was SO loud and kept cussing and talking about her boyfriend and the police I don’t even know point being me and my friend couldn’t even talk so quickly ate and left. I think the managers should have a serious talk with her about customer service.

Disappointed because the server who helped us was so hostile and hasty, specially when I was asking her how many cheese can I put without having to pay extra money, she was acting haughty and negligent :(I do not know why she’s rushing when there wasn’t that much people in the joint. Actually, she seem to understand English too, I was asking her a question and she gives me this rude and unrelated answer like, I’m sorry, why is she even working if she’s like that?

Look I get it, it’s a subway and you get what you pay for, but come on if most of your workers are in their 30s and above and had 0 social skills. HR needs to visit this place asap

I went in late afternoon and there was plenty of parking. However, I have gone to this same plaza around 6 – 6:30 and it has been packed. I ordered a veggie salad and apple slices. Avocado on the salad cost $ 0.75 extra. The total was $ 8.18…a bit steep for lettuce, some veggies and undoubtably less than a full apple, no complaints about the food though, the salad was very good and the apple slices were indeed slices of apple. They have cilantro which is also pretty good on salad; if they all have cilantro, sorry for wasting your time with that factoid. The place was clean and the service was fast. The receipt came with a dollar off of soup coupon valid in two days for five days. Basically, this was about as typical of a subway visit as it gets.

Yolanda is amazing! She was making the customer before me a meat sandwich and when I said I wanted a veggie delight she immediately changed her plastic gloves. That was so thoughtful of her. And it was like second nature — she didn’t even think about it.

I’m disappointed. I NEVER want a sandwich! But had an avocado, turkey, bacon sub with my daughter a week ago and was craving another! Went to the one in Glendale and ordered the same sub… Get home, and NOAVOCADO! WUT? Wah wah wah… Probably my last sub there.

It does not even deserve a star! Rude workers! I asked for a spicy Italian with just pepperoni! And pepperoni in replace of the salomi and the worker Marlon stated he could not do that! He said it’s there rule! Even though every other subway does the replacement with no problems! So I had a sandwich with five slices of pepperoni and two slices of cheese! Is that even a sandwich! Subway should really look at who buys there franchises since apparently this is the rule at their subway! Well at least I know what subway not to go to! Looking at the reviews of this subway I’m not the first! They should shut down places like this for bad business! I feel like I was robbed!

When you’re hungry and can’t think of what to decide on eating? Subway is the answer. Any Subway. They got great sandwiches which they’ll make for you while you’re in line. I always get the pastrami on jalapeño cheese bread. I’m a big eater, but the 6 inch pastrami is big enough after you add all the vegetable toppings in the sandwich. make sure you ask for your sandwich toasted with pepper jack cheese and add onion sauce at the end and drown it with olive oil and vinegar sprinkled with salt and pepper. DELICIOUS!

This has got to be the worst Subway within a 500 mile radius. Employees are incompetent, food is hardly ever fresh and your sandwich comes with an attitude. I have had plenty of bad experiences but finally decided to write a review. This location closes at 11PM. So when I call at 10:40PM I shouldn’t be told that the business is closed. After the employee said that they were closed I insisted that he check the time again because the operational hours I was looking at said they closed at 11PM. His next words were«ok what are you going to get» …(as if it matters what kind of sandwich Im going to eat)… I asked him again if they were open and he responded«yes for 5 more mins» Ok so that is still not 11PM. I ended up clicking the phone and ordering elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I went in here and ordered 2 combos and instead of chips I asked for a soup and while hitting the buttons they charge the combo price which charges 1 $ for the soup but this people wore so greedy that they charged me for a chips as well which made there cut $ 1.75 and I called to complained the lady Maria I think she said her name was said no that’s how its done and its correct. I did not agree and said I will be back to talk to you but then I lost the receipt. on there 6 $ combo which comes with a soup you pay a discounted price for the soup as well and they don’t charge for a chips so it was clear that she screwed me $ 1.50 which with tax it was $ 1.68

Great yummy fast service, $ 6 special with chicken noodle soup, 6 inch regular sandwich with a drink! What a deal! Line is super long, thank god for fast legs. Feel bad for workers but all super nice.

To be honest, it’s a little annoying that Subway employees seem to be forced to say, «Welcome to Subway!» every time a customer walks in, but at this place you don’t even get a hello, a how are you, or a what can I get you – just a blank stare as they wait for you to place your order. The guy who made our sandwiches did it so sloppily that I’m convinced it was his goal to show us just how little he cared. He kept looking around as if extremely bored and would just throw on whatever ingredients we asked for. If we asked for a little more of something, he would throw a ridiculous amount of it on. This location needs to hire or train better. Or maybe they treat their employees like crap and the resentment is displayed in their daily interactions. Either way, I won’t be going back to this location. Just unpleasant.

My subway trick, use the app to order food. Avoid the line issues. Just make sure you understand how the app works and that you can adjust the amount of ingredients while you order. And if you pay using the app remind them when you pay!

I like Subway. But this place needs costumer service. I was there last night waiting for my turn when I encountered the most stupid thing ever. Lady asked the employee if they can put little more shredded cheese on her sandwich, which was for her daughter that did not want anything beside Turkey and Cheese and this idiot has the audacity to tell her it would be extra charge. Get a grip my friend, have some common sense. Owner you should teach your employees some costumer service.

This location had been by far the worst location i have been too. I clearly stated what i wanted but the girl at the counter was a bit to concerned about what was going on outside to get my order correct. I had to repeat everything twice. She asked me if i wanted lettuce 3 times, and tomatoes twice and every time i added an ingredient, she would make a face and huff and puff about it. Are you forgetting its a sandwich where i can customize!!! I ordered two 6 inch sandwiches and a salad. They totally forgot about the salad and when they asked me if i wanted anything else, with much enthusiasm said no thanks. I will never go back there again.

Thieves. No honesty in their business. Will not honor any kind of deal unless you explicitly mention it to them. I ordered 6 inch regular sub and soup which is advertised as $ 5. But she tried to charge me $ 7.50. I told her that it is advertised right there as $ 5. She acted like she didn’t know and quickly changed her mind an said sorry it was the computer. It is anvil is they lie to their customers. They will always try to charge you extra $ 1 or $ 2. BEAWARE. I’m pretty sure this was advised from her supervisor or owner. Avoid this subway. I have already send an email to corporate office as well. THIEVES.
