If I could put zero star I would just do that. The worst place ever. We ordered a meal with curly fries got only 3 peace good fries and the rest just crumbs. I told their manager in the front is this all we get for fries he said yes that’s your regular order. And also very unprofessional girls screaming in the back talking about their life. I came with my daughter to rest after a busy day at work and now very disturbed. Not a pleasant place to be at all. Won’t be coming back.

Best jack in the Box experience ever! Prompt service, fresh food, friendly smiles, cool vibe

The person who answered the phone that worked there should not be working. This person gives Jack in the Box a bad impression.
Who hired this guy? He lacks people skill but he is great and tremendous of his ghetto talk while speaking to me. I hope he is not the manager there because he should not be managing that place. I’m going to eat somewhere else!

Jack-​N-​Box on Colorado has the best customer service. The people who work there are always friendly and there is Ana that goes out of her way to make you feel she is an old friend and you don’t always see that at a fast food joint. The other day my order was messed because I ordered one of the breakfast burritos no Meat and it had meat. When I went back they fixed it no problem. I really like this location of all the Glendale locations.

This is the worst Jack in the box ever. They do not use meat in their burgers as they add sauce and lettuce and they automatically charge you for cheese an extra .50 even though the sign says ‘CHEESEBURGER — $ 1.00′, THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF!!!

My wife and I came to have lunch here today. And when we walk in the radio is blaring with very explicit music. We address this issue with what I believe was the manager and he just looks at us like we are crazy. And as we had lunch the music stayed the same nobody bothered to change the station. There was a child eating with his mother and I don’t think this type of music should be allowed around kids.

This location sucks. Got my tacos and they tasted old like a stale bag of chips. Chicken sandwich was hard and soggy. I know it’s fast food, but I’ve had better at other jack in the box locations.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE .The jack in the box on colorado in glendale california does not honor the price of3.50 for 2 of the breakfast sandwich. why? not going there again. this is as of december 19^th 2014.

There is nothing to say about this place. Dot you hate when you order something and the answer is «we don’t have the main ingredient». Nice. Jack pull that big head of yours out of your ass and get managing.

I do a pretty good job at staying away from fast good joints. But when there’s a craving, I go to this location and order one thing. That is thee Yumbo Yack con Queso. Guilty pleasure satisfied, for now… Friendly staff, Customer service is great, drive thru is hit or miss so I usually walk in.

Honestly, this is a good Jack in the Box.
The employees don’t have attitude.
It’s not a 5 star restaurant where you have to sit down, and expect someone to come and start kissing up to you for a tip.
You just order your food, get it in a timely manner, and either eat there or leave.
Their food doesn’t taste weird like at some fast food places.
Curly Fries are always crisp, but sometimes I could taste the reused oil.
Recently, I tried their tacos, and I have to admit: I liked them better than Taco Bell.
The taste of the tacos were very familiar to a taco I’ve had as a kid, and it was nice having those flashback feelings as I was eating it.
When I’m in the mood for something different, I come here!

I normally love giving out one star reviews but the cute front cashier (girl) at 4PM on March 26 literally BROUGHT MY FOOD TO ME. No other jack in the box has ever done this so this place gets 5 stars solely for that. Otherwise, jack is my dad’s favorite place to eat so naturally we came here. Ultimate breakfast with hash browns pls

This location used to be great. However, I’ve seen the customer service go down the toilet. especially in the mornings! I found a (small) hair in My sandwich and in My drink on the same visit! I suggest you check your food thoroughly if you visit this location. I won’t be returning here

pretty chintzy with the bacon and i said «no mayonnaise,» not «all your mayonnaise.»
the chick running the counter yelling on the phone, yelling to the customers, yelling to employees… please, enough, i’m getting a headache.
like most jack in the boxes, quality control is inconsistent at best, so check your order before leaving.

Ewwww! I want to puke!
I just got home with my to go order of 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and as I was taking a bite of mine, I looked at the cheese and saw a multiple HAIRS that honestly looked like hair from downstairs. Disgusted! So glad I pay attention to my food before eating it. Now the options are as follows: A) it fell on the floor or B) it fell in someone’s pants. I’m hoping for A but honestly prefer neither! I’m definitely going to write to corporate cause this is violating all sorts of health and sanitation codes.

Although I was not expecting a 5-​star service from a fast food restaurant, the employees of Jack in the Box should be trained to assist customers, understand what the customer is trying to order, and not argue when their employee jots down the wrong item. I can get into specifics, but I would rather not. Just keep in mind that there are other fast food restaurants with better service, to be exact there are other Jack in the Boxes with far better service. Once again, all people expect is you workers to get the correct order, and not argue with customers.

This place is a hit or miss.
Ask for sauces? Always double check. Twice we’ve come home and received the wrong items. Once I got a flat coke.
Just save yourself a trip and double check your food! =D

I used to get breakfast from here a lot.
Subway hates giving out napkins.
Carl’s Jr. hates giving you the right order.
and Jack in Box hates giving out Ranch and Ketchup!!!
This place is pretty decent. Haven’t had a bad experience here. Once I ordered the special they had only for the purpose of getting the little Jack head that came with the meal they said they ran out! Then the manager walked by and turned out we knew each other and he gave me one! haha… Liers much? (it was a long time ago though)
They get 3 stars, only because I have figured out better places near by where I live that have better food! but for a last resort, its A-​OK!

Ok the Marry Bacon Superbowl commercial really amused me. I have an odd… well maybe it isn’t so odd… obsession with bacon. So I had to go and check out the new Cheeseburger BLT along with their special BACON MILKSHAKE!
Bacon Milkshake — 4 out of 5 — You know I was surprised at how much I liked this! The first sip I had tasted… like…well. Bacon. It was a bacon milkshake and it actually worked. The shake was über thick and topped with whipped cream. Each sip had a nice bacon flavor with nice undertones of vanilla ice cream. It was all well balanced and tasted pretty darn good. Is this my favorite milkshake ever… no. Would I ever have this again… yes, probably.
Cheeseburger BLT — 2 out of 5 — I was a little disappointed. My bar wasn’t really that high on the burger. It started out ok, but the biggest problem was that the bacon was criminally salty. I have a palate that loves salt and it was WAY too salty for even me. Not sure what happened here but it ruined what was an ok burger.

The service here is wonderful…
