I used the drive through, and was greeted Pablo on the intercom. He was extremely professional and even provided advise on how to save money on my order since I was grabbing some food for my wife and kids. It was a large order. (It was one of those days craving taco bell!). He kept the conversation going and was actually the only drive through experience I ever remembered. So taco bell here in glendale on Colorado, is awesome.

If I could give negative stars to this place, I would. I had one particular bad episode. Really bad.
First of all, I was sick so my husband stopped off here at this Taco Bell to bring me home a Taco salad on his way home. He asked for no meat, no cheese. He gets home and there’s lots of cheese! Trying not to be difficult, I tried picking it out but it was too much! I tried calling the store, no one answers. I tell my husband I’ll just go but he decides to go with me.
We go in and not only did no one behind the counter apologize or acknowledge they made a mistake, they seemed to have an attitude that I had the nerve to bring it back! I spoke nicely and even chuckled a little but 2 of the workers seemed annoyed with me! One guy then tells me I could speak with the manager, but I’d have to wait. Usually, if they mess up your order they apologize and offer a free soda. Nothing here. Then on the way out, one of the workers was in the parking lot at his car and had the nerve to say something to me while I was talking to my husband!
Oh, and that’s not the first time they got my order wrong. Just go the one on Central & Chevy Chase. They always get my order right and the place isn’t run by idiots.

Just came home from the drive through with my brother and we are happy to report an awesome experience! Pablo, the gentleman who helped us and took our order was so enthusiastic and positive that going through the drive through was actually fun in spite of the wait! If everyone were a teensy bit like Pablo I feel all experiences in the drive through would be positive! Taco Bell promote Pablo, he’s awesome and he exemplifies what it means to truly put customers first ^_​^. What a great guy! And no I definitely was not paid to voice my opinion and in fact it’s rare that I do so; this guy truly deserves the praise! Thanks man, we asked for a handful of fire sauce he ended up giving us way more!

I love Taco Bell so much, and when my late night cravings kick in, this is definitely a first choice. Sometimes the food isn’t warm enough, and sometimes it’s made a bit differently, but I enjoy this location. The only issue is the long wait at the drive thru. It doesn’t take 10 minutes to make a few soft tacos at 1 am.

This was by far the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They literally took 22 minutes to get us out of that drive thru after honking their horn in line. They got the orders of the people in front of a strong and they even gave me the wrong soda. Don’t waste your time going to this restaurant!!! I tried to make it to this restaurant in hopes that it would be a pleasant experience but it turned out that every review was correct that they mess up all the orders and they take forever. Do not go to this one at all costs I repeat do not go to this one at all costs!!!

I gave it another chance today and my order had cheese again. The manager gave me a refund. The staff is nice but can’t seem to make the food correctly.

This location cannot get an order right. EVER. Stay away. Too busy flirting with everyone and trying to be clever over the drive-​thru ordering speaker. How about just doing your job, people?
This is what I get for caving ONCE and grabbing a fast food bite. Message received, universe. Message received.

Slowest service ever! Spent 10 minutes in line at the drive thru just to get 2 bean and cheese burritos. Never coming here again

For the second time in a roll, when I order drive thru, the meat portion in the Naco Bell Grande is so small that is hard to see in the plate. The worst part is noticing what happened when I’m already home. This is the last time I come to this Taco Bell.

Not a great location. Dirty, in a bad neighborhood, and food preparation is lazy.
Pros:
+ It’s Taco Bell and my usual Taco Bell in Montrose is closed for refurbishment.
Cons:
— This Taco Bell is in a bad neighborhood. Every time I come here, someone asks me for money or there’s some homeless guy milling around.
— The food preparation is usually lazy here. I’ve had some Mexican Pizzas which are half dry and other sloppy items.
— They also seem to run out of stock of certain items, which doesn’t usually happen at Taco Bells.
Overall, most Taco Bells are run fairly well. This one could use a quality review.

This location is closed! I drove past this location twice and couldn’t find it just to find out it’s no longer there.

This is the worst Taco Bell In California. I don’t know what happened here, they used to be so good. The chicken and steak are always leftovers from the day before and the rice breaks your teeth because it’s so hard. If you want a Taco Bell that’s at least half fresh go to the one on central.

I got home and half my drive thru order was missing. Honey. stop yapping so much and pay attention to your job. No wonder you work at Taco bell.

Its an okay place for taco bell. The food is great but I got a stomach ache one time.

You’ll enjoy the food while you eat it…
You won’t enjoy it as much when it comes out of your body as toxic waste.
But today, I finally realised what the hot sauce’s sentences mean! It all starts off with the «Will you marry me?» packet, and then you can give replies with the hot sauce based on the responce you get from the person you give the «will you marry me?» to.
Get what I mean? lol!

I really hate giving Taco Bell a 3 star rating because i love the food. The reason why this is a 3 and not a 4. Employees
#1 who hires them?
#2 why did they hire them?

EVERY SINGLE TIME. i go to this taco bell, they mess up a order. Recently i went with my friend and i ordered 2 bean burittos and 2 regular soft taco and my friend ordered a chicken fresca soft tacos and etc… the lady gave us the following and i am not kidding
1 bean burittos, 1 hard taco and 1 soft taco for me
and also messed up on my friends order
Also, when i ASK for MORE hot sauce please don’t give me a bitch look, i understand you work at taco bell, but remember that is still a job that you get paid.
Another thing, when I order A LOT OF FOOD, i EXPECT an AMPLE amount of hot sauce to=the food i order. Not 3 Hot Sauce packets. When i say «Yes can i get a HANDFULL of hot sauce.» i didn’t say can i get some hot sauce.
