I had shirts printed here about 5 months ago but held off on the review thinking it wouldn’t be necessary. I called to have another set printed and was very discouraged with the customer service they provided. I had to come and pick up my shirts but no one was there. I called them and someone showed up 30 mins later and after waiting i had to deal with a very rude woman who wasnt even apologetic about being late. never using them again.

Generally, I had a bad experience with the services here. first, I had a black t shirt with a full color design to be printed onto it. the end result was very poor, the print looked like it lacked color, and had printer streaks, pretty much something you could NOT sell. I was disappointed with that. But more seriously, I had 2 sweaters that were to be printed at asteva. I provided the designs and measurements as I normally would, but when I picked up my order I noticed the print was COMPLETELY off. On the first sweater, the design was crooked, and on the second one the design wasn’t even CENTERED. That is totally unacceptable. And to make it even worse, upon confronting the owner through email, they denied the fact that they made a mistake until I provided picture proof. I demanded to be refunded FULLY for the garment and cost of print. They didn’t want to pay me back for the sweaters they ruined but they said I could have those redone for free if I bought 2 more and brang them in. Overall this was a bad experience.

I’ve had shirts printed here for 3 different occasions and every time everything came out perfect! No problems! Star is great with responding back via email and having the shirts done in a timely matter! Definitely coming back when I need more shirts printed! Thank you again Star!

This is the first time I’ve had custom tee-shirts made, and it was a very positive experience. Over the phone, I described my project. Then I sent her JPGs(and a few other formats until I could provide the right one) of the images I wanted on the front and back. This was for a World War II related project, so getting the fonts and image placement and colors just right was very important. Star and I exchanged a few emails on the final look. Her artistic skills are superior to mine(I have PhotoShop, but am a rookie). The online catalog helped me to select tee-shirts that wouldn’t look sloppy on women or men. The tee shirts were ready in time for my deadline of sending them back East to some WWII Army Air Force descendants who are having a reunion. They phoned today and were equally delighted.
