I just called and whoever answered, it was a lady with an accent, was really rude and not very patient. Ruined my experience. What kind of business selects her as their customer service operator?

Tracy is amazing. I called her in a panic because I couldn’t find any other store that would print text on a single piece of clothing. I needed it for the next day and she was able to pull it off, She called me early the next day to let me know it was ready and I was very happy with the result. Tracy literally saved Halloween for me. Thank you!

Save your breath and your time people do not go to this place this lady is a total idiot very unprofessional I had an order for 300 shirts she did not want to cooperate and she wants me to do all the work. I was willing to pay the $ 20 per shirt but her attitude is so bad I just walked out

Super little business with a great variety of clothing items available. Friendly service and the embroidery work is as good as it gets. A must visit when in Atwater Village.

On 6÷20÷2014 I was in desperate need of some DTG printing (last minute tee) I called and called and called no answer this was around 4pm on Friday… I decided to take the drive crossing my fingers the shop was just busy and that’s why they didn’t answer. To my surprise door is locked and no one was to be found… I know I should of kept calling but the web site stated they closed at 6 pm… Not 4 pm Won’t be going back… Didn’t end up getting my shirt…

I shopped around before i came to this place. The lady working there gave me a really good price for towel embroidery compared to everyone else. She did a great job and on time.

This place is ok. Very expensive to print tshirts though. Went in to get 2 tshirts with a simple logo on the left chest and was quoted $ 35! And that was before tax! I said no thanks! Went to 1hr tshirts in highland park and paid $ 10 a shirt and they had em done in an hour.

We were organizing a quick game of dodgeball, and as a graphic designer, my friends requested I do a pair of team t-​shirts. After getting really frustrated with a variety of iron on transfer sheets, I made a last ditch effort to get them printed, I called Tracy 5 minutes before she closed and asked her if it was at all possible to get the single color design printed on the T-​Shirts by 2pm the next day.
She asked if I could send her the designs and to describe what I wanted. She called back in a little bit and quoted a very fair price and said she could do it. I dropped off my dozen shirts when she opened at 9:30 AM (I got there 5 minutes early and she was already open! A rarity in LA) and paid.
At five minutes until 2 pm, I swung by to pick up the shirts and she was fixing a minor flaw that I had made with my previous transfer attempts. The shirts came out beautifully and on time. Tracy was VERY accommodating and friendly. Quality work, fair price, friendly service; you can’t ask for much more than that!

I have been in the printing business for a while now, and anyone who has knows that it’s really hard to find legitimate, professional and caring businesses/​people that are willing to make sure you’re satisfied (especially in the shirt printing business). Tracy is the complete opposite. She’s professional, pays attention to details and quality, and is reasonably priced. Very high quality output, I will be taking all my future business to her! Thanks again Tracy!

I’ve gone to Tracy a few times now for various printing projects… I’ve been very happy with her work and close attention to detail. Even when there was a problem, she contacted me right away and remedied the glitch. She is always on time with her work and I highly recommend her.

If you need a name or logo put onto a garment, this is the place! Reasonably priced, great quality. They make sure you will be happy with their work!

Am beyond pleased and HAPPY! Had Company Shirts made, being an owner of a mom & pop shop myself… this was rewarding moment for me. Then to have them done, and turn out the way they did THANKFUL!
EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! and more! Owner offered her own thoughts to the lay out, and right on! Love this small little shop that is BIG in heart.
