Bcbg Generation

Came in today and my friend and I were having a good time checking out the sunglasses until a sales associate came up to us with a rotten attitude and ruined our good time. She had such a negative tone of voice and a negative attitude. She did not make us feel welcomed and was not friendly at all! She looked and talked to us with such arrogance that made us quickly want to leave the store without even wanting to continue to shop around to see if we would like to purchase anything. I don’t recall her name but she was blonde working Sunday feb 15, 2015 at around 2:00 pm. I am a huge BCBG fan but I will never walk into this store ever again!

First sign of a business that has bad management or bad practices is how they chose their employees. This store was newly opening its doors in the Glendale Galleria, where bebe sport or ph8 used to be located right next to macys on the 2^nd floor and even had ads up for people interested in working there to email or call them and i did many times actually. At that time i had over 5 years or retail experience i cant imagine the 18 year olds they hired had that much relevant experience? okay then the store opens i go in again and actually fill out an application again and later on that week or the next week recieve a weird message from them but asking for someone named rebecca but on my cellphone so extremely weird and unorganized, i didint even bother to pursue it after that… i am super glad i did not because it is a extremely small store with a small selection of merchandise anyway, the staff is kind of wierd as well so you can save your money and go elsewhere and get much nicer stuff!!!

BCBG is one of my favorite stores in this mall. They have some asymmetrical earrings that don’t match but are really cute. They have a couple of one-​sided earrings. The store has a necklace that looks almost like two straps to a dress connected. They also have a cute artists package to decorate your box if you want to give someone a gift from BCBG. This store has a cute layout with ultra cute clothes. This place is a bit more trendier than the other stores in this mall.
