Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to make an appointment with Dr. Beeve. When I called to make an appointment I was cut-off, put on hold for 15 minutes, and then hung up on. I called back and was put on hold for another 15 minutes. Yay! Gotta love great customer service.

I agree with the first reviewer, John. Paying a visit to the doctor is not the funnest experience and Anita doesn’t help with her lack of customer service. She should be welcoming and inviting to patients with the words and tone of voice she uses with patients/guests. Everyone else there is nice. I hope she reads this to improve. One immediate fix would be just to smile. Waiting room is average at best. They have a sign that said, «As a courtesy to other patients please turn off your cell phone upon arrival. Thank you» why turn it off? Can’t I just silence my phone so I am not bored out of my mind while waiting. My appointment was at 11:30 and 30 minutes later I am still waiting to see the doctor. Why can’t I quietly use my cell phone to pass the time? Dr. Beeve’s nurse is cool and friendly. Dr. Beeve himself is a good listener and I like the way he lets me try to answer my question before he gives me the answer to better understand my concern. He is hard to read though, which is a good thing because if you have something bad it helps to have a neutral face.

Dr. Beeve is awesome. Best GP I have ever had. It’s rare to find a doctor who is extremely busy, but not rushed when he’s seeing you. That is Dr. Beeve. Often takes time with me when I know he’s got a packed patient schedule. His nurse is awesome too. The front office needs a little training on customer service though. One person in particular can be very unpleasant. If you go here you know who I’m talking about. She makes you feel like you’re at the DMVLOL.
